Raelan Leynian ~ Main Character. About 5' 7". Short brown hair, blue eyes. Is the only of the guardians who doesn't have any genetic changes. He has the most potent receptive blood of all of them.
Drakara Nolatari ~ Also Main Character. About 5' 6". Waist-long reddish-brown hair, blue eyes. A victim of a devious plot by Caro the Illustrious. Is a Moonlashin dragon for a time, master of fire.
Alleara Ralana ~ Also Main Character. Drakara's aunt. Ronolus dragon. White and light blue, about 6 feet tall. Element is ice. Is a human for a time, shoulder-length blonde hair, and hazel eyes.

Sean Michael Lucca ~ My. Best. Friend. Not Atheare's, mine. =P haha...Drakara's absolute best friend after Raelan dies. Hahahaha...(you asked for it, Lucca).
Saeldur Aradan ~ Expert and trainer of Caro's experimentation. Befriends Drakara and Raelan.

Sediya Leynian ~ Raelan's aunt. Specializes in medical. Husband took her last name because he hated his.
Crylander Leynian ~ Raelan's cousin also. Would make a great psychiatrist =)
Raron Nolatari ~ Drakara's father. He dies when she's four.
Kaven Ralana ~ Alleara's father.
Allianya Kantra ~ Drakara's mother. She dies when Drakara is born. She happens to have a very bad temper.
Amelie Nolatari-Ralana ~ Drakara's grandmother. Raron's mother and Alleara's mother. Is forced to be separated from Alleara's father, but marries Raron's father.
Xandi Sanders ~ Good friend of Drakara's. Thinks highly of her dating Raelan.
Lily Leynian ~ Raelan's niece, Caurian's daughter.
