Uhm, hi. :) Excuse me for being bashful, but I don't quite like writing about myself, haha. I'm Birdie, a sophomore in high school. I'm here to write stories (and hopefully get feedback on them) as well as give feedback to others (though I've no real experience at critiquing.) I'm quite friendly, so don't be scared of me. I won't eat you, unless I'm hungry. :)

As for my writing, well... I've never really been a consistent writer. I'm lazy. ;3 However, I'm trying to fix that problem, as I've decided to pursue a career as a writer or an editor. Now, I know it's going to take a lot of work to get there, and sites like these tend to discourage me when I see all the writers that are better than me. At school, I've almost always been the best in my class, and I haven't yet learned to take a blow on the ego.
