Author has written 1 story for Fantasy.

Hi there I'm crystalcleardestiny and I've been writing stories for years but only just discovered this site.

I'm currently 17 and am in the second year of sixth form at my school. the subjects I'm doing are chemistry, biology and history. Unfortunately during my june exams there was a death in my family so my results were not as good as they could have been.

In the future I hope to have at least one story published even if I have to do it myself. As well as this I hope to be able to work with young children. Torey Haydens true storys really tugged at my heartstrings and I hope to be able to help even if it's only a fraction of what she has done.

My favourite things include:

reading books and mangas,

writing books,

swimming,

hanging out with my very bestest friend (you know who you are my love),

helping out the year 7's at my school particularly sita, jasmin, sian, helen and chloe,

doing paired reading on a monday to help those who have yet to discover the joy of losing yourself in a story,

training my dogs pancho and fred to be the very best they can be,

helping my friends in any way I can,

playing video games,

watching films including anime,

and JELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things I hate are:

people who think they are better than every one else,

people who show off the fact that they have loads of money,

people who make fun of others to make themselves feel big,

spiders,

people who change songs half way through,

geoghraphy,

maths,

people who steal other peoples ideas,

people who make things up to make others feel sorry for them,

people who always want to be the centre of attention,

people who are horrible about people without having all the facts,

not being able to afford the books I want,

having to share a bedroom with my sister,

english (this might come as a surprise considering how much I love reading and writing but the way that english is taught I can't express myself I can't write what I want when I want and I have to dissect books when I would much rather be immersing myself in them).

I don't know how many of you will understand this but I will do my best to explain. For me reading books is a way to escape from my life and be someone else even if only for a few hours. When reading I get so caught up in the story that I start thinking as if I was the main character and during those brief moments I can be strong, brave, clever and magical. In those stories all my dreams come true. Sometimes I just don't want the story to end.

Similarly writing stories is a way to become someone else. I tend to use ideas from books that I have read in my stories I take several similar ideas mix them all up and come up with a new idea that's intrinsically mine but has hints of other people in it.

I'm not a particularly strong person I tend to bottle stuff up but when I lose my temper, I really lose my temper and heaven help anyone who gets in my way. I'm relatively shy and I'm a bit of a dreamer. My daydreams are useful as they often help me to figure out parts of my story that I might be struggling with. I'm not stupid but I tend to struggle with school work because I am nearly always thinking about my story.

But anyway enough about me I would like to take this opportunity to thank my friends particularly Steph, Ellen, Sue,Sam and Leanne. You guys are what keeps me going when all I wanna do is cry, you're always there when I need you and you don't mind that I'm a bit weird. Thanks for putting up with me for all these years and for holding me up when without you I would have crumbled. You guys are my rock and don't you ever forget it.

Steph-my self proclaimed editor (the one who never laughed when I said I wanted to be an author),

Ellen-my childhood friend (the one who knows about all of my faults and loves me anyway),

Sue and Sam- the twins and my history buddies (the ones who wake me up before my history teachers notice I've fallen asleep again),

and Leanne- the one from my tutor group (the one whose a little bit crazy but wouldf do anything for her friends),

thanks for reading my stories without laughing and not being afraid to be critical. I love you guys!

And thanks to you for bearing with me while I got all this off of my chest. please read my story and leave a constructive review full of criticisms (but not to full or I might get depressed).

Luv ya crystalcleardestiny.
