Author has written 7 stories for Romance, Sci-Fi, Thriller, and Fantasy. A brief glance upon the subject of me: I am not a hedgehog. Just thought I'd get that out of the way first off. What I am is a twenty-one year-old web designer, photographer, and writer, who just happens to enjoy writing in a variety of voices. Most with a generous smattering of humour, or at least attempted humour. This comes from reading too much contemporary British literature. I have written everything from horror (-ish, more sort of contemporary fantasy, honestly) in the form of a werewolf story, which I have yet to upload here, to romance (Never Again) to mystery, and I enjoy expanding my metaphorical horizons. Honestly, I don't have a lot of time to write, which is a part of why my longest story to date is just over 6,000 words. Another part of that is the way my inspiration strikes; in fleeting, quickly dispersed moments of elusive clarity. I just get an idea and start to write. No outlines, no set plotlines, I just write. This is what works for me. I never have been much for planning. Plans, much like jigsaw puzzles, have a tendency of going all to pieces just when you've got the edges figured out. If you really want to know more about me (which I doubt you do, I'm really very uninteresting (which is really just a ploy to make you think I am interesting so you'll message me)), I also have a number of other hobbies, such as lucid dreaming, bushcraft, and pretending-to-be-smart. Despite making my living largely on the computer, I do spend quite a lot of time in the outdoors, whether taking photographs, walking the trails, or kayaking lakes and rivers with my friends from Pine Mountain Adventures. | |||||||
