family: my older uncle is a korean president advisor and is currently living in luxury with his family in seoul, korea. my younger uncle is someone i had never met and does not care to meet me. my grandma had passed away during the summer in 2007. she was definately more of a mother to me than my real mom because she took care of me while my mom went off to work. my dad is also someone i had never met, though i do wish to see him some time.

A Tree With Leaves was made because i watched a totally sad korean drama "Tree of Heaven" which is about a korean-japanese girl(Hanna) whose father has died so her japanese mother remarried with a korean man who already has a korean son(Yunso). Hanna's mom owns a hot spring hotel so the family lives well off. Hanna's father's sister(Hanna's aunt) and her daughter(Hanna's cousin aka Maya) moves in with them and pay their debts for staying with them by working in the hotel. Hanna's mother and stepfather went off on their honeymoon and Hanna's aunt decides to sell the hot spring hotel secretly and run away with her daughter. While the parents are gone and Hanna's aunt is busy trying to find someone who will buy the hotel for a respectable price, Hanna finds out Yunso is autistic. She finds a way to make him laugh and from that point on, Yunso falls in love with Hanna. Hanna had confused emotions because a famous japanese judo hottie, Ryu was her first crush. She refused to admit her love for Yunso. blahblah, i don't want to ruin it for you people who want to watch the drama.
