It's a GREAT story, funny and horror all mixed into one. And there's weretygers in it xD Favorite authors? Definitely Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Michael Crichton. My favorite book (and movie, coincidentally) is Jurassic Park, although I preferred the first movie and the second book. I also like Thomas Harris, Christopher Pike, and John Grisham (I know - from horror, to action-packed law. I can't help it.) Yeah ... there's tons of others, but they're not coming to mind right now and I don't feel like going to look at my bookshelf! Hm, what else, what else. Oh yeah, FLORIDA SUCKS BIG-TIME. Not the Gators though. Just the state in general. It rains every day from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm. Then it stops. Yech. Hey, I have an account on FanFiction.Net under the same name if you just can't get enough of me. xD It all probably sucks worse though. I got mostly medical terms (nurse, doctor, syringe ... ) and decided to make it into a poem. I don't know where the inspiration came from. I just did it line-by-line, and looked for words to rhyme with the previous rhyme. Hehe. In the dream, I was walking down a grocery parking lot. Then I saw my 4yr old sister (Dominique, FYI). She was being dragged by a car. I ran screaming towards the car, terrified, and then I got close enough to see the fearful look on the old woman's face who was driving. Then she took off, all the while dragging Dominique with her. I felt the most horrible sense of loss when I watched her be dragged away, and I couldn't do anything about it. I tried to convey it in the story, but I think I failed. Ah, well. The Life of a Zombie-Hater: A Memoir: (Published October 29th, 2007, updated November 23rd, 2007) I actually have just started writing this story on FanFiction.net, under Books Stephen King. Over there, it's a Cell rip-off. Here, it's just another zombie fic. It's named The Diary And Or Journal Of Me: PostPulse. Here's what I wrote over there on it: "Lord, that's one of the worst titles I've ever heard. I'm rather proud of myself for coming up with it. It's about the book Cell by Stephen King, and what I would do. It's interesting to me that people from different places would do different things. Some are just downright D-U-M dumb, while others are very clever, actually. Hopefully I fall in the latter category. My story is not based on real people - at all. My name is Vicky, not Emma. :) But I think I can make the story at least a little funny, and still have some horror/blood/guts/not-zombies somewhere in it. Title may get changed if something worse springs to mind." Well, guess what? Something worse sprang to mind. :) NEW - As of December 4th, 2007: 8,845 words - 6 chps. - 16 reviews - 202 hits - 4 favs. - 4 alerts Chapter 1: Titled "Is This a Diary? Or a Journal? Sara: (Published November 10th, 2007) So picture this: It's Christmas Eve and I'm sitting outside watching the sun set. To my mother I say, "Gosh, it's been a long time since we've seen Mr. Kitty Kitty Fantastico!" (who was our beloved cat). And my mother nonchalantly remarks, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. I accidentally ran him over." Yeah. On CHRISTMAS EVE. Anyhow, I was thinking about him (RIP kitty) and I thought, man it figures he'd die from being hit by a car. He was too badass to be attacked by a dog or something. Thus the idea of Sara was born. And, yes, it is SUPPOSED to be written as if Sara is a human child. That's the reason for the surprise ending.
