Jake and Makayla's Hegira: (Updated April 8, 2008)
This story is my baby. It's my first story on fiction press. It does need some editing and I am in the process of going through the first 10 chapters. This is the story of Jake and Makayla. They build an immediate connection the first time together but later realize that that isn't the only thing they share. It documents Makayla struggle of growing up and figuring out what she truly wants in life all the while trying to deal with an ex-boyfriend who thinks he owns her, a new boyfriend who lives on the other side of the country, a big secret between her and her best friend Noah not to mention school, friends and family obligations.

Update: I haven't updated since January 4th, 2008. I kind of lost inspiration on this one for a while. I have started on chapter 11 and I am almost done. I am also working on editing the first 10 chapters completely. The first 10 chapters and the new chapter (11) should be done and posted by the end of the month.

After Callie Kingstone gets arrested for the third time her mother sends her to LA to live with her dad's brother, Uncle James. Upon her arrival she is immediately thrusted into the music industry making her feel even more connected to her deceased father. She soon thereafter becomes the assistant manager for the new and upcoming band Springwood. The morning after one of Callie's drunken fits she finds herself married to the cocky lead singer Tristan Adams who she hates and vice versa. They are forced to stay married and soon learn that love grows in the weirdest of places as they both help eachother through life's obstacles such as past loves, family secrets and the skeletons in their own closets.

Update: I updated today (4/14/08) and I'm already half way through writing the 6th chapter. SO I expect it to be out my the end of the week (4/20/08). Please read and review! :)
What's in a Name?
Ally has always lived a normal life never feeling as though she harbored any secrets. Boy was she wrong. Knight, Ally's boyfriend of 2 years, has lived his life with nothing but secrets when his family was forced to fake his death at the tender age of 3 and place him in hiding. Through their family's sordid rivalry Knight was taken out of hiding and was pushed to live his real identity, Kade Mancini, thus leaving Ally behind with no explanation. Ally, not more than a couple days later, was told exactly who she was, Leila Moretti and her existence was made known. THinking the two had forever lost eachother they try to move on and work through their new lifes. SO what happens when the one you love belongs to the family of your sworn enemy? Well in this case you start to break more than a few rules.

Update: I started this story last night, (4/14/08). I am hoping that I get some feedback. I already have an outline and I am hoping to get the second part of the prologue up by Sunday (4/20/08).
