Hey ya guys, happy you're reading my profile. Let's get some basic stuff out the window:

Sex: (insert obligatory joke here) Female

Hobbies: Writing, art, reading, hanging with friends, etcetera.

Favorite Generes: I'm a sucker for romances. Just not the typical kind. :D I'm into yaoi, yuri, and het, and if I have multiple pairings I often combine all three. I hate defined roles though. SO, I may do a lot of role reversal when it comes to het, as in a slightly more forward girl and shy and blushing boy, cuz I find that more interesting than typical 'headstrong girl meets man of her dreams and gets all fan girly over the cynical bastard.' SNORE FEST. Men are allowed to be girly and NICE sometimes, ya? XD
I also write humor, and it's often a combination of light satire, wackyness, and perverted humor. Whether or not I succeed, you tell me. :3
And finally, I dabble into fantasy. Good not to have limits restricted to the real world, but remember fantasy writers, real world needs to be the roots.
Those are what I GENERALLY write, but I go into others of course. As for reading, I read ALL types. Whatever's good, ya:3

I'm not new to writing, I've been writing for a few years now. Not proffesionally, but I get a lot of help over the internet, surprisingly. I'm going to be honest, I'm really anal when it comes to my writing. I am lazy personality wise, but when it comes to writing I'm a perfectionist. I'll try to make any characters I make believable, make the plots have substance, if I have humor try to be funny, horror, I'll try to scare. Try, try, try. Tell me honestly, though, what I'm doing wrong, 'kay? I'm a big girl, I can handle constructive criticism.

You may not see a lot of stories from me; I try to plot things out well before I post anything, and I'm notorious for writing one-shots. That's what you should expect from me, but when I have a multi chapter story I'll try to update quickly. Honestly, I use this account and my ff.net account so I can try writing so I can have experience under my belt. All right, I won't blather much more~

Stories:

Snake Eyes: Updated 12/9/07. Chapter 3 is up. Chapter 4 is roughly 65 percent written.
First story, hurrah! Summary: The doldrums of his life had arrived, and Adam wishes for something to happen to stir up the mundane cycle cursing him. And then the demon appeared. Risk only what you can afford to lose, human... Major theme explored: The times to take risks and the times to play it safe. Minor themes explored: The affect of loss on a person, and the people around them. How temptation is a wretched thing. Approximate amount of chapters when finished: 3-5. Short, yeah, I know, shutty. Hee hee.

Paint: One-shot, posted 2/29/08.
Summary: Red paint here, black paint there, a tad of blue here. A drabble-ish one-shot I wrote while I was in a very...odd mood. Describes how I feel whenever I'm creating anything artistic, in this case, painting.

Summary: The one thing most humans desire, and I am on the hunt for it. For it has always eluded me in my life, no matter how much I searched. What I want is not material-- it is happiness. That is all I want. Drabble-ish.
