SpiritWolf19

-18 years old

-Lives in Indiana

-Loves Tamora Pierce, though not a fan of her Circle of Magic Series

-Asian Girl: half Korean/half American

-Very short and petite, a little over 5 ft.

-December Birthday

-Animal Lover

-Is a Senior...YAY!

-Hopes to go to Purdue University/IUPUI and become a vet.

-Loves to draw and play chess in her spare time. (besides reading of course)

-Is a huge Indianapolis Colts fan. YAY SUPERBOWL WORLD CHAMPS! I just love football...don't ask me why...

-Really enjoys feedback from her readers - THANKS!

Favorite Authors

-Tamora Pierce

-Stephenie Meyer (If you've never read her books, you MUST read Twilight, New Moon, and her new book, Eclipse. They are excellent books, especially if you like vampires. Stepehenie Meyer puts a whole new spin on the vampire stereotype. Don't reject it until you've tried to read her. You'll never regret it. I have recently met her and have all three books signed in hardback. She's awesome!

-Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb (She's very deep and really understands the dynamics in relationships. More mature than Tamora Pierce's books, so only read if you are prepared for it. Her In Death series is my favorite with a whole new outlook on futuristic police procedure.)

-Christine Feehan (Very good writer, but only for mature readers. Favorite books are her Carpathian series. Romance/Supernatural.)

-Maggie Shayne (Again, mature readers only. Romance/Supernatural.)

-Meg Cabot (I absolutely hated the Princess Diaries but loved the Mediator series and 1-800-Where-Are-You. She has several other books like All-American Girl and Avalon High, that I liked, but didn't love.

-Amelia Atwater-Rhodes (Shapeshifters and vampires, what more can you ask for? She is an inspiration, having written her first book, In the Forests of the Night, at 18.)

-Victoria Hanley (I only really liked one of her books, The Seer and the Sword. It's a beautiful book that's both medieval and magic. If you like Tamora Pierce, you'll probably like this story.

-Yuu Watase (I have to admit, I do read Japanese manga. She's my favorite by far with really great artistic ability and unique stories.)

-Walter Farley (I am and always have been obsessed with horses. His writings, though children's books, were my childhood favorites. I always loved imagining that the Black Stallion was real, a true racing champion. Walter Farley is now dead, but I cherish his books and appreciate what they meant to me as a young girl.)

-Vivian Vande Velde (This author writes great fantasy books. Two of my favorites are Dragon's Bait and Heir Apparent. If you like medieval stories, try these books. P.S. --read Dragon's Bait first. It's about a dragon who can turn into a man and an unlikely girl named Alys.)

- J.K. Rowling (Everyone knows Harry Potter, right? The last book was great. I thought Rowling did a good job of wrapping it up. I was afraid she'd do some depressing ending where all the main characters die or something. Its nice to know my fears were unfounded.)

Music

I love every kind of music from country (which is tolerable) to hard rock. The only thing I can't stand is rap. For some reason it makes me want to cover my ears (Sorry to all those rap lovers out there). Other than that, I have a very eclectic taste.

Some favorites are...

-30 Seconds to Mars (I hope you know who they are... Favorite Songs: The Kill, Beautiful Lie, The Story, and From Yesterday.)

-My Chemical Romance (Hmmmm...i just like. Favorite Songs: Helena and Welcome to the Black Parade)

-The Used (I have nothing to say.)

-Trapt (Like...)

-The All-American Rejects (Ever listen to the radio?)

-Panic! At the Disco (Their song titles are too long to list.)

-The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (If you like rock, listen.)

-Saosin (see The Red Jumpsuit Appparatus.)

-Linkin Park (You gotta love them...)

-Fade to Black by Apocalyptica (All cello...it's so beautiful.)

-Pieces by Sum41 (Download.)

-Evanescence (I love their music. It's so...different.)

-Fallout Boy (Again, listen to the radio.)

-Plain White T's (Good music, end of story.)

-Pain by Jimmy Eat World (Listen. Understand.)

-Everything is Alright by Motion City Soundtrack (Good.)

-Buried A Lie by Senses Fail (Download. Listen. What do you think?)

-Taking Back Sunday (Close Eyes. Bliss. Favorite Songs: Twenty Twenty Surgery and Make Damn Sure.)

-Three Days Grace (Too many songs to list)

-The Killers (Their hit songs are good, but not absolute favorites)

-Greenday (I like them, but I have to admit, it starts to get old.)

-Creed (Don't like all of their music but a few favorites are: With Arms Wide Open, Lullaby, and One Last Breath)

-Lifehouse (You know...)

-Red Hot Chili Peppers (...Favorite Song: Dani California.)

-Yellowcard (I just like them. What more is there to say?)

-Barlow Girl (Christian based music. My favorite is Never Alone. Despite what some people may think, all Christian music is not singing just hymns. Never Alone is the perfect example. Download and listen. I love it!)

-Day of Fire (Again, Christain based. I like one or two of their songs)

-Kutless (Christian Rock. Good. Good. Good.)

-Switchfoot (You've probably heard something by them like I Dare You To Move or Meant To Live. Did you know they were Christian?)

-Mad World by Gary Jules (There's something about this song that just strikes me as ironic. Listen.)

-Let The Sun Fall Down by Kim Richey (Take a deep breath, ...peace...serenity. That's how I feel when I listen to this song.)

-Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven (I do like classical music as long as its not boring and monotonous.)

-Most 80's Rock Music (There are some songs in that era that are one of a kind. Artists just don't make that kind of music anymore...what a shame.)

-Dust in the Wind by the Eagles (Who doesn't like this song?)

-Imagine by John Lennon (Good oldies music.)

-Enya (She's very soothing and I have a penchant for Celtic music whenever I feel not myself.)

-Soundtrack from Spirit with Bryan Adams (I do like many film soundtracks. I was so happy when this movie came out. Finally, I thought, an animated movie about mustangs, my favorite animal!)

-Soundtrack from M. Night Shyamalan's The Village (Creepy at times, but...I like.)

-Soundtrack from Phantom of the Opera (If you don't like the movie, then I have nothing to say.)

-Lonestar (More than tolerable...)

-Rascal Flatts (Country. I like some, not all of their music.)

-Find Your Wings and For the First Time by Mike Harris (Christian. Makes me feel inspirational. Listen and Learn.)

-History and You Know Where To Find Me by Matthew West (Christian. Love.)

-Rette Mich by Tokio Hotel (Not even English, so I don't understand any of the words, but I just keep listening to it over and over. It's just one of those songs...)

Movies

I'm a romantic at heart, so naturally I love romances. I also love anything supernatural, comedies that are NOT stupid and really perverted (I hate anything like Napolean Dynamite), animated movies, action movies, and even some horror, though very few of those.

-Blood & Chocolate (Werewolves, but a romance.)

-Underworld (Vampires! Werewolves!)

-Underworld Evolution (More Vampires and Werewolves!)

-All the Harry Potter's (Everyone has to watch them, right?)

-Spiderman

-Spiderman 2

-Spiderman 3

-Pirates of the Caribbean

-Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest

-Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End (The ending was kind of sad and happy at the same time.)

-The Bourne Identity

-The Bourne Supremacy

-War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise)

-The Minority Report (Tom Cruise; This a strange, futuristic, cop-type movie, but I really liked it.)

-Final Destination 1, 2, and 3 (These are okay, though my favorite is the 2nd one)

-Ice Age

-Ice Age 2 The Meltdown

-Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron (Love Horses!)

-Over the Hedge (Not my absolute favorite, but still funny)

-Tyler Perry's Diary of a Mad Black Woman (Romantic and Funny! What more could you ask for?)

-Legally Blonde 1 and 2 (Simply ditzy and funny with a little romance thrown in.)

-She's the Man (Sort of stupid, but it makes me laugh every time, especially since her imitaion of a guy is so bad.)

-Maid in Manhattan (with Jennifer Lopez)

-The Wedding Planner (with Jennifer Lopez)

-The Holiday (Cameron Diaz, Jack Black, and this other hot-looking English guy.)

-Save the Last Dance (Romance, dancing, awesome!)

-Step Up (My all-time favorite movie. It's so sweet and the dancing is so well...good.)
