Hello! We're a writing team of two with a long developed history that has never been shared--until now. Welcome to it.
Our writing revolves around the idea of the 21 Original Souls.
The setting so far is based in the modern day, in the real world, but with a few... variations.
The body of work spans the globe, as well as time. Key concepts include: Reincarnation, a subculture known as the Trinity, the idea that members of this subculture are people able to interact at a high level with the spiritual energies of water, fire, and air.
Each of these three sects has its own developed culture, and the Trinity has a long internal political history.
Our writing is strongly influenced by cultural history and traditions, though we take our own creative license. Gaelic, Classical Greco-Roman, Hindu and other cultures make frequent appearances.
We have fondly come to call it 'Creative Anthropology', but do not mistake, the whole of it is character-driven.
We aspire to publishing actual books, and have joined Fiction Press to give ourselves an incentive to tame our sprawling body of ideas into something accessible to a reader.
