Creatures of the Unknown Collection:

Special Note: All right, so as you will notice from the current lack of these books, I have deleted the Creatures of the unknown Collection from this site. I have every intention of reposting them once they have been edited and made all around better. Crimson Tears is already being reposted, and once it is complete, I will repost The Cat's Meow and then The Siren's Song. Once reposted, the stories will be much better and a lot less rough. Book 1: Crimson Tears

This story is about a twenty seven year old veterinarian named Claire. After a long and tiring job hunt, she finally finds a position at West Side Animal Hospital. The job seems almost too good to be true, and it quite possibly is. When the bodies start piling up, and things get stranger and stranger, Claire finds herself in the middle of a puzzle that she must solve if she wishes to escape with her life. But with Vampires, conspiring co-workers and the creepy town doctor, who can she really trust? INCOMPLETE

Book 2: The Cat's Meow

October is a Werecat. And not just any Werecat. She is a housecat Were, meaning that she has powers that go above and beyond your typical Were. Not only that, but her father is the Coalition of the North Werecat Pride. Because of her genes, and her Pride's population problem, she is asked to marry one of her fellow Pridemates. She is all for the idea, that is, until she meets Augustus, who is the Alpha of a new Werewolf Pack in town. Now, with an arranged marriage and an Executioner on the loose, October has to sort out her feelings before it's too late. UNPUBLISHED

Book 3: The Siren's Song

Three times a year, Sirens walk the earth to feed. Nehelena is no exception. While searching for her prey, she meets the man of her dreams. Who happens to belong to someone else. The decision seems clear to Nehelena: destroy the competition. This plan becomes more difficult to carry out however, due to the fact that the competition in question is Magdelena Flow, Del for short. And Del's friends, the Vampire Claire, and the Werecat October aren't letting her go without a fight. UNPUBLISHED

Book 4: Familiar with Familiars

Tilly is a Witch. No, I don't mean that in a substitute the w for a b kind of way. She can cast spells, minor ones, but still, she's working on it. She is also a member of a very respected Feline Magical Clan. She has just turned eighteen, and is thus finally going to be introduced to her Familiar. She is very excited about meeting her animal companion, but she might be in for more than she bargained for with her new, feisty little Familiar. UNPUBLISHED

Book 5: The Executioner's Tale

Onyx. We know from previous books that she is one badass Executioner. But what do we really know about her? About her past, and about her connections with Bias? What made her take the giant leap from being just a halfling to becoming a full blown Executioner? Her story and more will be revealed in the thrilling third installment of The Creatures of the Unknown Collection. UNPUBLISHED

Meeting with a Vampire

A small short in Acacia's point of view where she encounters Claire and Eric for the first time. This is her first dealing with Vampires. COMPLETE

Prey for Me

This is just a quick short I wrote after envisioning a child Vampire with long golden curls and lavender eyes with red rings around them. Lol, maybe I was just reading twilight a little too much, although I don't think Jane had blonde hair (starts rifling through New Moon which, like the rest of the books in the Saga is conveniently placed right by my bed.) Anyway, I started wondering, what is this child like? How does she think? What would she do in a situation where she was confronted with pedophiles? So I just started to write, mapping out five different possible endings, which I could conceive her acting out. I'm still unsure of exactly which one she would pick, but I did gin some character insights for her, and stayed consistent with a few minor details throughout each ending. Her name is Joy by the way, I didn't figure that out until last night. Well, if you want to, read this and tell me what you think she should do. Joy will end up making several appearances in myCreatures of the Unknown Collection, and may end up with her own book. She's a really fun character to write. COMPLETE

The Beast Within

This is the piece that actually inspired The Cat's Meow, and was incidentally the backbone for October's and Augustus's characters. As well as Bob's, but who cares about him? lol. I actually lucked out that I had made comments about October reminding Claire of a cat, originally, October was just a side character in Crimson Tears. But, I guess even as a side character, she had too strong of a personality to stay too far from center stage. lol. This was an exercise in Fiction Writing class. COMPLETE

Turning Point

A quick short from Jesse's perspective on the circumstances for which he was Sired. COMPLETE

Part of the Pack:

In this town, wolves reign supreme. They are the rule makers, law enforcers, and revered gods of the country. Every so often, they choose a child to come live with them, and when Sasha's brother is chosen by a Pack, she couldn't be happier. She's in for a surprise, however, when a neighboring Pack saves her life, and she gets her own request to join their Pack. A request that is quite out of the norm since she is eighteen and Packs usually only offer their acceptance to children. UNPUBLISHED

Teddy Bears and Other Demonic Items:

To save her sister's life, Kasa makes a deal with a Demon named Darian. The deal is simple, she will allow Darian to be housed inside her body, however, unbeknownst to Kasa, Demons take up a lot of space, and her soul is cast out from her body upon his entrance. Much to Darian's annoyance, Kasa's soul jumps to her sister's Teddy Bear and as long as she is within physical contact with it, she stays in control of her body. The years go by and now Kasa is in college, and is still carrying around a Teddy Bear, making her the brunt of most college pranks. She meets Lindor and sparks fly, but will she be able to keep him around and still deal with the Demon in her head? INCOMPLETE

The Boogeyman:

Selennia is the Boogeyman. She has always been, and always will be. She is the head of The Dark Side of the Council, and it's her job to make sure the world has just enough chaos in it to keep the precarious balance between Light and Dark. But in todays society, that balance has become more and more unstable, and, for the first time in history, the Light Side and the Dark Side must work together to keep harmony in the world. However, some members of each Side are less inclined than other to play fair. Can Selennia find the traitors in her midst before the entire council tears itself apart?

The Gatekeeper:

A Vampire Wannabe site, just the place to chill in the wee hours of the morning if you want to hook up with some other cool dudes wishing they were from a different century. But first you have to get past the Gatekeeper. And boy does she have her hands full when an Interested Party signs on requesting entry as an 'actual Vampire.' And from the way he acts, he may be just that. INCOMPLETE

Totem Children:

I apologize to anyone who was waiting for more to this story. I just don't have the time to work on this at the moment, so I decided to delete it. It will probably be posted again at some point, once I have enough time to devote to it, and once I rewrite the chapters that I had already written. This story simply deserves more time and attention than what I was actually giving it. I'm sorry, but it's not fair to readers, or the story for me not to write it properly. UNPUBLISHED

Sadie and her family have always had the ability to see ghosts. However, when her family dies, Sadie finds herself adopted into a strange boarding school, which seeks to exploit her paranormal powers. With the help of a few new friends, she finds herself in a battle to figure out what really happened to her family and bring the ones who killed them to justice. INCOMPLETE
