:D

Month of November: I'm going to do NaNoWriMo this year. And I will be posting the finished Novel from Dec.-'09. I don't want to post the chapters now because they are full of grammar and spelling errors. >> and many many plot issues. Also I decide to change the name of something, like, after I already wrote six chapters. I'm at 15 000 something words right now. Sorry for isolating ficpress. :)

Winslow: NEW STORY!(NaNoWriMo-ing this one!) :0 read it here and tell me what you think!

Paperhearts: (at a stand-still) My god, I don't usually do this. But I was cruising Deviantart (my account is luverly-lucy, feel free to friend me if you like) and I saw this picture that just called out to me. So I edited a bit on Picnick and came up with (look at your own risk!) this. Yeah, the original picture belongs here to MelodyOfLeeLoo at DA. I'm still feeling stupid because I don't usually like to use pictures to represent characters, I want you guys you think them up! Leave me a comment about what you think in the next chapter.

The Never List: (standing veerrry still...haha. This one is going to take a while)

Short intro O.O My name is Lucy and I like to read and write. That's why I'm here.

Long intro--for all you stalkers out there ;) Hello. My name is Lucy and my age shall remain to myself. dark brown hair, brownish hazel eyes (with bags because I really need to sleep more) and pale skin that burns way too easily, or maybe because I just don't go outside enough...I have bitten lips and nails and my ears are different. I'm tall and too skinny and I have awesome electric blue toenails (John Green. Looking For Alaska. look it up). I love music. They are very inspirational to the plots of my writing. Though I can only play two songs on my guitar and five and a half songs on my keyboard; and I'm alto in a choir. That's about as musical as I get.

I love to read and write and think until my brain hurts. I also devote my life to art. I'm one of those girls who actually look forward to English class and I get obsessive over a lot of things (Twilight...Yeah, I'm one of those. Shush). I started to write, well, I don't even know. As long as I could remember, I was writing. I still sometimes pull up one of my old notebooks and laugh at the bad grammar and spelling and the ridiculous stories about princesses from outer space. As bad as they were, I realized I had a much larger imagination when I spelled cell phone with an 's' and 'f' (like this: sellfone). Maybe our imagination is just slowly dying as we grow--this makes me hugely depressed--so I guess I write to keep it going. I don't think many people realize how important an imagination is.

Moving on, I also mentally catalog my book shelf. I'm a big nerd. I like to write about love and life and all that jazz. I appreciate humour and irony in stories but I believe a good story still possesses some depth in them. Not really into cheesy/corny-ness but there are some exceptions. I put a lot of thoughts into my stories so it would mean a lot to me if you guys review them. Give them a good pat on the back, or some constructive criticism, because that's what keeps them alive and healthy. And as you may be able to tell, when I start ranting, I go on forever. So I'm stopping now. :)

Everyone has a secret, hearts made of paper. Too easily torn. Sometimes you can be so aware of it, other times it feels so invisible. But what if you lose it? What if you lose sight of what's important; of yourself? How can you try when you see no hope...

I tucked a piece of stray hair away as the ferris wheel spun us to the top. The wind carried a scent of cotton candy. “When are you coming home Lyla?” he asked. As soon as I find it, I wanted to say. But I just turned away and watched the sun disappear.
