I'm a noobie writer, heh heh. Since childhood, I never really took on hobbies, so I grew up with few accomplishments and a vapid sense of happiness. That wasn't the best way to live. I'm a super late bloomer now, but at least I'm starting somewhere.

It just amazes me how people can aspire to create things at any age. With that being said, it really irks me when people take pride in pointing out their age, or use their age as a crutch. If I like a story, then I probably won't change my opinion if the author is 60 years old or 16 years old.

Mostly, I write short stories. Very short stories. I want to provide something that can be read in one sitting and mulled over later. (Reading a whole novel off your computer can really strain your eyes!) I get a lot of plot ideas from odd dreams or by distorting aspects of my own life. My parents both worked full-time jobs when I was young and though I wasn't one of those misguided teenagers who got pregnant or fell into the wrong crowd, I had no sense of discipline and did poorly in school. I also fancy writing about the lives of university students, though I don't know what good could come of it, seeing as I haven't been to college yet. So I'm pretty much guessing about how it must be like.
