In case you were wondering, i am the same A. James Robin from the Fanfiction site. If you want to check out some of my work there, i have three stories that all deal with the topic of Final Fantasy VII:
Psych Heart (A Hurt/Comfort/Drama that involves a spiritually-broken Tifa Lockheart becoming torn between her new suitor: Sephiroth, and the man who broke her heart: Cloud Strife.)
Behind The Game (An FF7 parody that describes what 'really' happened behind the scenes. I took my pattern of writing for this story from the format of documentaries, such as Behind The Music.)
Final Parody (A collection of parodies of both popular and christian music that i have written to kind of poke fun at FF7)
Also, for those of you who are already fans of my work at Fanfiction, please be aware that the reason why i am posting there less frequently lately is because of the work that i am beginning at this site.
As for things i like:
Favorite Books- 1984 by George Orwell, Rosemary's Baby by 'Some dude who i can't think of his name right now', and Hardboiled Wonderland And The End Of The World by Haruki Murakami. I also like the writing style of Stephen King, Anne Rice, Stephanie Meyer, and Karen Marie Moning.
Favorite Music- Queen, David Bowie, Larry Norman, Steve Taylor, and anything by The Beatles during their late 60's trippy period. (among many others)
My first story on this site, The Only Summer That Mattered, is a 'coming of age' story about a typical teenage girl from the South. It is written in the form of a diary, and it is written from the perspective of the main character, Suzie Dean.
Also i have submitted the following poems on this site:
Hollander- About a girl that i used to have a crush on in my younger years.
Mandi- About a friend who had to learn the hard way about what it feels like to be spied on.
Jessie- About what i consider to be my 'one psychic moment'.
I am willing to take any challenges, so if someone wants to give me a particular storyline to see what i can come up with, i'm cool with that. The only thing is, i've kinda been busy lately, so it would have to be a short story.
