Author has written 7 stories for Life, Fantasy, General, Love, and Horror. You step into a dark, massive ballroom, the song "Bois De Merveilles" playing loudly. The stained glass window in the back of the ball casts a red hue in the center of the room where people are seen in fantastic costumes, stepping to the beat. I waltz up to you, clad in a crimson ball gown with red elbow gloves and a gold and red mask. I push some of the feathers from the elaborate eye mask away and invite you to a dance. Enchanted, you twirl around the hall, helpless to resist the macabre waltz. While we dance, I speak. Welcome to the ball, friend. Stay for a while, read a bit, and maybe even review! Oh, but do be wary of the lunch table. Some of the food bites back. Shall I tell you a bit about myself? I should. First on the agenda are my general likes and dislikes. --I mostly dabble in horror, though I may make a few attempts at fantasy. --If you wish for me to review something, don't expect my reply to be short. --I'm not very picky when it comes to music. I'll listen to anything except country. --I play the violin, and cherish stringed instruments as a whole. --Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Don't worry, I won't flame if you actually have (GASP) advice in your review. --I am known among my friends as "Pie the Grammar Nazi". Ah, my stories. My poems are all completed, but I always write more. Keep dancing, there probably will be more before the second movement starts. In conclusion, as long as there's music, you'll be sure to find me. You may not see me, but I'll be there, waltzing to my own beat. We part ways, and I pick a new dance partner. Do you wish to stay or go? It's your choice, here at the demon's ball. The music never stops, so stay as long as you like (please, just try to stay in rhythm). PS: Oh, if you wish to speak with me personally, do not hesitate to PM or e-mail me. I'll always get it, so just hang out here, and maybe even waltz a few times. Nobody ever really leaves the ball anyways. A little part of you is left behind, doomed to forever dance to the saucy beat.. 1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3.. | |||||||||
