Hey, all... It's me, the infamous AlaskanKnight. If you recognize me from elsewhere then don't hesitate to say hello!
As you might have heard or guessed, I live in Alaska. Fairbanks, to be more precise. I'm fifteen, one year from from being able to drive and three from being able to legally own firearms. I mean, technically I own two already, but it's good to be legal...
When it comes to writing I'm usually a stickler for at least basic realisim and technical accuracy, which means that your newbie character in an apocalyptic wasteland isn't gonna just happen to come across a helicopter and know how to use it. Not only that, but god-like characters also really bug me...
In terms of music I listen to everything, though I'll generally find something that I like and listen to that for maybe two weeks to a month before moving on to something else, and there's plenty to move on to as I share all my music with my dad and vice a versa, and together we own over fifty megabytes of almost all types. Yea, we're music freaks.
I enjoy reading quite a bit, but I'm often too busy writing to do any of that.
In terms of extra-curricular things and sports there are several things that I do. First of all, I'm in choir. How manly. There are the girls, though, and that's always good. I did cross-country running last fall, should have gotten a red-lantern award.. The bastard cheated me out of it, though... And then immediatly after that I participated in competition rifle shooting, a sport that isn't found in too many places I hear, which is a shame.
I'm five feet and eleven inches tall and I weigh about one hundred and fifty pounds fully dressed. I have for about two years now and probably always will.
Uh... I can't really think of anything else that might even remotely interest you people other than writing, so I figure I'll get to writing some more things for you people.

(Also, for what it's worth, I have an account on Facebook if you want to go there and get to know me better or something ridiculous like that. You can find me by the name 'Robert Thomas Desrochers Williams', and if there are more than one of me I'm the one in Alaska.)
Codex of My Works:
-FictionPress works:
"They Died So that Others May Live" - This is a short story about the resistance put up against a fictional Russian Army by Fairbanks citizens who are buying time for other people to evactuate. It is all very possible to happen as there are many firearms owners in and around Fairbanks (I would know as I live there), and the main character is actually modeled after my grandfather who spent part of his wasted inheritance on a fifty caliber rifle - the one that takes center stage in the story.
"Smiling with Her Eyes" - When it comes right down to it this is just a story of mine that depicts a dream I had one day after relationship problems. As you might be able to tell it's kind of sad... But ah well.
"I'm Sorry" - A poem written to apologize to a girl. I don't think that she's actually read it, but ah well. Such is life.
"How Could They Have Known?" - A short story that speaks of the anonymity of modern war. The two lovely couple is named after two friends of mine who happened to be 'involved' when I wrote it.
"The Truth" - Not exactly horrific by any supernatural means, but I feel that this is one of the more twisted things that I've written in a long while. I can't really explain this one, either, so you'll just have to read it. Reviews appreciated. And, it's a one-shot. Just so you know.
"Hell Hath No Fury" - A big story, not just a one-shot like the rest! Whoopee! Good luck getting me to update it consistently. Now, the basic premisis is that there's a guy in a city, and then a new disease happens to strike that city. The whole story revolves around his trying to escape the city alive and un-infected. I know that it may not sound so intriuging at first, but it's gonna get good, trust me! INCOMPLETE.
"Five More Years" - A science fiction short story about a hired pilot on the universe's largest freighter. There's a mishap just before the final three month journey and it quickly goes from three months to five years of hell.
"A Death: One of Many" - This one-shot short story was written before everything else here, and it's pretty messed up. I don't know what it was that made me write it, but there it is, guys.
-FanFiction Works (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/872934/):
"Umbrella's Ground Zero" - This one is about an alternate Resident Evil timeline where Umbrella exacts their revenge with 9-11. As it turns out they were the masterminds behind it, and within a day most of New York has been turned into the walking dead. Controversial, I know, but I like it! And anyways, it's a fun one to write. Now, I'm going to quote somebody here... "This is really starting to get interesting. The beginning of your story sounded pretty weak, to be honest, but your writing gets better each chapter. Good work, and I wait eagerly for the next chapter!" See? It does start out kind of weak, but it gets stronger. :D I'm that awesome. Anyways, you bums should read this one. INCOMPLETE
"The Last" - A WarHammer story that is being written in a very interesting way... You see, I went and drew maps of the great plains, and it takes up around five-ish sheets of paper, and then I got a friend of mine who was very co-operative pretty much controls what the main character does with his forces. Also, you'll love how he assaults the hill fortress. Seriously. But, anyways, it's good. Enjoy, yea? INCOMPLETE
"Midnight Sun" - Ok, I'm Alaskan, and I love zombies, so it's only natural that I write an Alaska-zombie story. Things get interesting when Russia is called upon to help US forces take back Fairbanks, and as you'll find out the Russians aren't entirely interesting in helping their neighbors... Follows the stories of a few citizens and a Sergeant in the military. A lot of the stuff in it is based off my life by the way, so enjoy the amazing awesomeness with which it is written! INCOMPLETE
