Hey, okay so there isn't really a specified forum for this so I'm going to suck it up and just free-style it:

I'm seventeen yrs. old

I love words, from both the real and made up varieties.

I write short stories mostly, but I just rediscovered the awesomeness that is poetry.

I love funny stories but I don't think that I could ever write a story in any length that was truly split-your-sides funny. I wish I possessed such a talent, but alas, I am more familiar with the introspective and slightly gloomy side of lit/ poetry.

Also, I feel that yellow is one of the best colors ever! I feel that it is very misunderstood though, like the anteaters at the zoo. No one really visits them, or at least not first because they aren't exactly the cutest most cuddly of the zoo animals. Yellow is just never a color I hear many people say, "Hey, you know what? I love yellow!" I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else, but I just thought that I would throw that in there.

I just recently figured out how to post things! I have ten poems on the site right now and I would love any sort of feed back.
