Hi everyone, I'm xMy-Chemical-Writingx, a brilliant name spawned because I'm listening to My Chemical Romance currently, and they are my favorite band. GO MY CHEM! Ahem. Anyways, you may call me Allie if you wish, everybody I know calls me that. I live in my own little world full of iPods, music, word processers and publishing companies, because they are practically all I ever think about (besides story ideas :-) ), so you can assume that I have a bit of an empty head. And you would be right. My teachers, parents, friends, etc tell me all the time that I'm gifted and talented and I'm in HONORS classes but sometimes I get the feeling I missed that test by a lot and theyre keeping me in it for the title. Well, JOKE'S OVER, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE EXTRA HOMEWORK!! THAT'S FOR THE SMART PEOPLE!! GEEZ!
I think I have a touch of ADD sometimes, I get distracted very easily. Seriously, by molecules in the air. Especially while doing my math homework OMG I LOVE THIS SONG! ...like I said, ADD.
A little bit about myself: I love, love, love to write. It is the only thing I can do well (yes, I said well) and I dwell on that fact. I love music in all its forms, I have everything from Pirates of the Caribbean music to Three Days Grace to Flo Rida on my iPod. It is the main source of inspiration for me cause I'm too easily distracted to concentrate long enough on anything else to be inspired by it. I love to laugh, even though my laugh sounds like a Chihuahua in serious pain. It's one of my hobbies, to laugh. I am dead serious. I hate being hot or cold, annoying people, people that look like their faces have been permanently frozen into smiles that take up half their faces, and boredom. I am very rarely bored, thanks in large part to books and laptops, without which I would be a boring mess. I like skinny jeans, black t-shirts, Hot Topics, Old Navy, aquamarine, Abercrombie, Hollister and Aeropostale. Here's something weird about me: I cannot stand the feel of cotton balls. They just feel dry and like they're sucking the moisture from your hands, which is creepy. I do not like carrying purses, I would much rather carry tote bags, because they are bigger and can carry items such as my laptop, my wallet, my school supplies, books, my iPod and its charger, my phone and best of all, it all fits in that one bag! My favorite bands include My Chemical Romance (see above), Three Days Grace and showtunes. No, showtunes is not a band, for the slow people, think music from Grease or Wicked. Showtunes.
One of my biggest pet peeves is modern society. No, I am not a people hater! I hate the images media and society set up and tell everyone, "Ok, if you don't look like this or do this and act like this you do not matter and are not good enough!" So people go to the extremes to fit into that image. I mean, look at the things we women do. We get fake boobs, fake nails, fake noses, fake lips and even fake HAIR to see ourselves as beautiful. So I'd like to send out a message to anyone, girl or boy, man or woman, if you have ever felt like you needed to change something about yourself to feel like you matter, or if anyone has ever given you crap about not being this way or that way...
