Author has written 8 stories for Manga, Love, Fantasy, General, and General. NOTE: This profile is work in progress. Story of my life, really >_> Me (Not the pic, the words below... ) I'm 19. I was born on June 13th, making me a Gemini. And I use this >_> too much. If I could add it into my stories, there'd be trouble >_> I live in Britain. I can't draw. So I draw with with words. Or at least, try to. I almost always go the long way round to describe an image, but sometimes taking the short way route works too. I like writing (obviously), video games, music ( http://www.last.fm/user/Silverslade >_>) ,reading and anime. My stories could work better as something visual, but then again, maybe not. I do wish I could draw, though. It would make things a lot more easy. But if something crashed into my room right now and offered me the power to draw in exchange for the power to write, I'd keep the ability to write - with no hesitation. I love stylistic exaggerations, places - times - beyond our own time, and flashy things that aren't possible - things like teleportation and those slashes which can be delayed after a set time and be triggered by a click of the fingers. That doesn't make much sense, but I like it anyways >_> I also like inventing fantasical and urban worlds of varying technology, but I don't think I'm too good at it. I keep trying different ways to improve, though. Extra odinary things happening in the most odinary of lives is a theme that's starting to interest me more, and more, too. I'm starting to expand my horizions in trying other things that are a bit truer to life, and not just epic struggles in non existent worlds... But I can never write something real without throwing some of the unreal into it. That's what I enjoy doing the most. Stories VOH (Void On Heaven) This saga is a culmination of a lot of my inspirations, influences and own ideas. I've probably tried to do too much things with it, but it's all part of a vision I can see in my head. It's a mix mash of many things, but I do try hard to make the central story shine through. There'll be a lot of confrontations, running and understanding along the way. I plan to do three trilogies, so there's a long road ahead. And as of 6/10/08 I've named all sub parts of each story as Phases to avoid confusion with the title of each story. I have done 30 chapters for this story and it is far from finished, but there isn't much point to uploading all of them all at once. So for now I've just uploaded the first two, and will generally upload one at a time, but sometimes I may do two. I have issues with the catergory of the story. I don't know if I'll ever decide where to put this. It has alot fantasy elements, but I can't deny that anime has helped me just as well as books have. So'll just keep it bouncing between catergories and see what happens. If you want to continue reading this, it might be a good idea to favourite it until I make my mind up. It is "eternal" work in progress. I always find myself going back over and over fixing things. If anything seems out of place/odd, or major discrepancies emerge in the plot (this will probably happen a lot since the world is always growing in my head) I would love for them to be pointed out to me. I guess I could class the story as science fantasy... I try to take many different aspects of fantasy and throw it all into a futursitic setting... VOH, Trilogy One: The Dragon and Unicorn Trilogy This trilogy follows the angel Kunimitsu Ichida as she hunts down two fellow angels that have turned their backs on the Sky Realm, land of angels. She does not go alone, though. There is much more to Nova than just angels and demons. The humans have their own mark to make, too. The two that Kunimitsu seek have black intentions. The 11 - planet Nova galaxy holds all that they need to bring their dreams into reality, but what will be left of Nova when they acheive Nirvana? Kunimitsu does not want to know the answer, and she will fight day and night with her allies to bring an end to the Dragon and Unicorn's surpreme reign. At the same time other aspects of the Nova galaxy come to light. Who or what is responsible for the bitter war between Mars and Planet Han? What are the intentions of the Death Bringer Nikita, or rather, whose intentions does she serve? What is the secret behind Opium, one of the six mysterious survivors of Earth? What are the true objectives of the four angels who observe over the mega city Vulcano Russo from the orb known as the Roundhouse? In due time, all the answers to these questions will emerge, and cross into the same place. Kind of. I'm thinking of compiling some kind of info section to cover planets, characters, organizations, human races, etc... But I think as of writing now (near the end of part one)it's too early to do it. Maybe halfway through the trilogy when a little bit more of the galaxy is revealed. Maybe. Dragon and Unicorn Trilogy Part One: Nova The beginning. Kunimitsu Ichida bands together a group of warriors in the tenth year of her task to hunt the Dragon and Unicorn. With her team Kunimitsu will finally begin her run down the path of destiny. But first, she must find someone. Someone capable of carving the oceans and ruling both man and beast alike. And she must find this someone before they realise their potential, or else all will go the Dragon's way... Nova is the introduction to the trilogy. That's the way I see it. It sets up the setting, introduces much of the characters, and by the end, the events that occured should give a small idea of what to expect in the future. There'll be other stuff going on, but it all stems from here. As it stands now, I'm working hard to get Nova finished. Lately I've got a really motivated feeling to get it done, so as long as I keep working at it, it'll be done by the end of winter '09, whenever that is... Then the extreme reworking can begin... There's probably a good amount of holes in the story as I'm always changing things... if they are really noticeable please point it out. Critcism always helps... not always nice, but it always helps... Dragon and Unicorn Trilogy Part Two: Emperica The continuation. Startling revelations come to light as the battle with the Dragon and Unicorn intensifies. COMING... FAIRLY SOON Dragon and Unicorn Trilogy Finale: Allenex The finale. The battle with the Dragon and Unicorn concludes with galatic-scarring proportions as the essence of both time and space twists to the whim of both villain and hero alike. COMING... SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE >_> Void On Heaven Trilogy Two? TOP SECRET? Grove of Gods/Heavenscope I've got plans to write another series about gods, humans, and those just in between, and if and when it gets upped here it'll probably be filed as supernatural/fantasy/something. I'll update this part around then. Poems I think I might try doing some poems based off chapter names from VOH. Just as an experiment and to measure my own abilites. If I think they're good enough to upload, then I'll do just that. Writing? With each day I grow as a writer, little as it may be, and I don't think I'll ever stop growing. There's always something I could do better, always something new to reach. There's alot of growing and reaching to be done, though. I write to go somewhere else. I hope I can take other people on my journey. Even if I don't, it's still pretty good going alone. Just wouldn't be the same though, I guess. Writing is a personal thing, so entertaining people is a nice big added bonus. I don't care if just one person out of a million takes the time to read my stuff and enjoy it. That would be enough to make me a very happy guy, and it would be enough to keep me speeding right till the end, wherever or whenever that may be. | |||||||||
