Me: Call me Maziana, although that is not my name. It is the name of one of my characters who will not be appearing in any of my uploaded stories. She represents me. Only meaner and louder and... okay, so she's a lot different...

Status: Alive and busy.

Why am I here?: I like theology and philosophy, but I mean why I am on this site. First and foremost, it is to motivate me to write and edit more until I have a nice collection of finished works. It is also a way for me to get valuable feedback and improve my work, from both reviews and reading other people's work. Also, I just like having one place to gather all my works. But it's not really working. I have no persistence.

Review policy: A good review, is a substantial meal, designed to both satisfy the body and help it function. Okay, I will accept "lite" reviews, because who does not, but I welcome constructive criticism. As a writer, I want to improve. Just be polite. Comments, corrections, questions, and random greetings are also welcome.

My works: My poetry tends to be random... I don't have a certain style I stick with all the time. I tend to do nonrhyming, but once I get everything up here, you will see... I would love criticism of my poetry, particularly "The Time of the Year." My story, "Traces," seemed to be unclear, so I would appreciate criticism of it. And my poor story, "My Rescuer," is lonesome without reviews. That is what I get for posting a story about old people on this site!

Likes: Humor, fantasy, suspense, angst, tons of poetry. Also, writing from various perspectives, characterization (but only if I like the character), non-long stories (unless I get hooked), the word "defenestration," etc.

-More likes: cats, pet rats, books, fast Internet, mangas, colors, my trampoline, running, different poetry, dark chocolate, equality, wind on a cool autumn day, hot springs even though I'll never go to one probably, dreams, personality types (INFJ), etc.

Dislikes: Romance... except for sometimes when its just so cute. Bad grammar, excessive cursing (I accept it in stories if neccesary. But in real life, no), Mary Sues, when people insert private jokes in their stories to share with friends, etc.

-More dislikes: procrastination, stress, ladybugs, birds that eat my blueberries, getting up too early, loud music, Barbie, Bratz, excessive use of "pop" words, heroines with red hair (sorry; it annoys me), fruit flies, racism, sexism, shallowness, when people insist that all Democrats/Republicans/liberals/conservatives/Independents/women/men are stupid/wrong/racist/evil/etc,
