Stories
Fangs like thorns:
Epona has never taken heed to the dangers that lurk beyond her village’s borders, the constant threat of vampires never breaking through her mundane routine. Or of the lack of beautiful features that she pales in comparison to her older siblings. Her biggest concerns are sneaking out to ride her Clydesdale, Edward in the wooded paths of the soothing forest. All that changes when her eldest brother never returns from a journey that led him through the heart of the dark, dangerous forest. Determined to save her sibling, Epona rides alone into the forest and makes a trade – she will take his place in the clutches of a master vampire – and might uncover the loathing shreds of humanity underneath the un-dead. (My own re-telling of Beauty and the Beast)
Solstice:
The inscription said 'The darkness is thick', their response was 'The light is a sharp sword.'
After a chance encounter with Amadeus, the Fallen Angel of Building 666, Parker Sparrow is thrust into the hidden world of New York City. Behind the mirror of normalcy and reality, vampire and werewolf gangs fight, fairy courts torture the pitiful humans they steal and demons skulk the dark alleys. For the fate of man kind, Amadeus and two other gifted mortals protect the unknowing world from their mythical counterparts. As Parker begins to control her developing powers, a cult with ties to her family place a bounty on her head, and she's suddenly faced with the whole supernatural world fighting for her capture...or death.

- Melissa Marr, author of Wicked Lovely & Ink Exchange
- Robin McKinely, author of Beauty & Sunshine
- Classical and New Age Music
- My best friends, who always listen to my babbling about vampires and my newest story ideas
Updates

I'm working on the next chapter of Fangs like Thorns, if I ever decided to publish this, I'd have to change the title. I doubt this title would sell very well, eh? Anyway, I have to work today, but I have no homework when I get home so I might be able to get the next chapter out. I wanted to write a little this morning, but I slept in instead. Thanks to the reviewers! You guys made my day!
