I'm Katie. I'd like to think that I'm somehow distantly related to Shakespeare. I'm probably not, though. Probably. So here's some random things about me:

-I like to write, but it seems like every 500 words or so I get a writer's block the size of Canada.

-I like to do theatre. It's pretty much my life.

-J.K. Rowling got me through childhood.

-I have the same obsession with gay guys as straight guys have for lesbians.

-I believe that perfection is an unattainable ideal, and, consequently, I set my standards, not for perfect, but for kickass. It saves time and pride.

-I draw, too. Mostly Harry Potter and the characters I make up in my stories.

-I have accepted the fact that even though I wish I could be completely honest, I still put on a pretend smile from time to time.

-Quotes are good.

-I do, in fact, make geeky referances to Star Wars, Harry Potter and Twilight to see if anyone else gets them. They generally don't.

-Edward Cullen makes me swoon.

-My entire emotional well-being is based off of the amount of reviews people give my stories. I love love love reviews. Even if they're just to say hi. Even if they're just to tell my what kind of weather you're having. Any reviews at all. Please.
