A Little Thing Called Life is currently on hiatus. It will return with all-new episodes starting December 1.
Season 2 will have 27 episodes and run all the way until the season finale on May 18. There will obviously be some breaks in-between those episodes, but the longest one will only be 5 weeks I believe. When I do post an episode, it will be on a Monday and only one will be posted for that particular day as in the past.
To make the story last longer and to possibly get more views, I am going to spread seasons two and three out like a normal TV series would instead of posting on a pretty much daily basis like I did for season 1. That way if someone falls behind, they can catch up a lot easier too.
I will make periodic updates to my previous seasons, so if you see it on the new chapters list under "just in," that means I added or updated dialogue.
This story is actually based off a nine-season autobiographical (about 1/8 of it is fact) fiction story called "Class of '06." After writing storylines for nine seasons and trying to add a bunch to make up for the servere lack of dialogue in them, I just realized 'Hey why not combine a bunch of the storylines into three great seasons with lots of action?'
The reason I combined them too was because on my show originally seasons 4-7 were the best ones (the high school years) and the story really didn't pick up steam till season 2 episode five (season one had 8 episodes and was awful, but was needed to develop the characters and everything), and posting that story on another site didn't get much feedback, most likely because they were turned off by the terrible but necessary (at least in my opinion) beginning part and didn't want to read on even though it got A LOT better.
So that's the story of how this story got started.
For those wondering, "The Party" is indeed the pilot episode of my fic...I didn't go in-depth on a lot of people's characteristics or explain a lot, and treated it as a normal episode, because I think it adds a "mystery" factor to it; keeps you guessing as to why these people are where they're at at this point in their lives and how the heck did they get there? These answers will be solved, most of them within the first season, some not till the third season.
If anyone wants to take over for me after the high school years they may with my permission and final discreation over storylines (I won't be a Nazi about it unless you absolutetly veer off from how I built these characters during the three seasons I wrote).
