I'm a bisexual girl living in the South. My favorite published authors are:
Richard Llewellyn (How Green Was My Valley)
J.K. Rowling (Harry Potter series)
Margaret Mitchell (Gone with the Wind)
Candace Camp (many romance novels but I esp. like the Aincourt trilogy)
Right now, my big (and only) project is a trilogy, the first book of which is called A Modern Sappho and Aphrodite. The trilogy explores what happens when a man and woman, both bisexual, fall in love, but also are in love with people of the same gender. Throughout, the characters explore the possibility of having more than one soul-mate, and whether being poly-amorous is cheating or not.
Works
Complete: A Modern Sappho and Aphrodite Book 1 of 3
In - Progress: Is It so Wrong? Book 2 of 3
Coming Soon: Infandum Nefas Ibi Est (An Unspeakable Crime is There) Book 3 of 3
Also, I'm posting the translated lyrics to Emanuela by Fettes Brot for the readers of my story, for their convenience.
Keep your hands off Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
All the lasses, all the lads say NO!
Your life, you won't be happy anymore
What do you know about love?
Of love, you know nothing
Your feelings have
Tricked you again
You consider yourself dangerous
Still you don't see the danger
This here is the story of
Emanuela
She is like a fever
You want her again
It goes much deeper
Than everything else ever before
Now it was still boiling hot and all of a sudden
It became cold like dry ice
She is unbelievable
She makes you sad
Your style also doesn't help
Get lost, otherwise you have lost everything
Elders, please believe us
As well as you were already a thousand lads
Keep your hands off Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
All the lasses, all the lads say NO!
Your life, you won't be happy anymore
Keep your hands off Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
All the lasses, all the lads say NO!
Your life, you won't be happy anymore
Now you sit outside on the stairs
in front of her house you little gangsta
You casually smoke cigarettes and
Throw stones at her window
Since you have seen her
The street party was here in the neighborhood
It was her look, that
Since then keeps you from sleeping at night.
Emanuela, Emanuela, Emanuela
What goes on?
Can you introduce yourself again please?
Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
All the lasses, all the lads say NO!
Your life, you won't be happy anymore
One, two, three months only at home
Friday night and you go out again
Your mistake is who stands there
Emanuela
Before it has begun with both of you
Make it end
And your only contact
Remains a short parting kiss
He prays and hopes that she hears him
He prays and hopes that she hears him
He prays and hopes that she hears him
What do you know about love?
Of love, you know nothing
Your feelings have
Tricked you again
You consider yourself dangerous
Still you don't see the danger
This here is the story of
Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
Keep your hands off Emanuela
All the lasses, all the lads say NO!
Your life, you won't be happy anymore
Emanuela, Emanuela
This is what I envision Brodie's dress as (and yes, that's what Brodie's supposed to look like): http://i378.photobucket.com/albums/oo230/violinprincess32/1.jpg
This is what Jacqui's dress is supposed to look like: http://i378.photobucket.com/albums/oo230/violinprincess32/3.jpg
