Hello readers. I'm Cailee and I'm fifteen years old and I live in Texas. I've been writing for about two years now and I absolutely love it. I am here to improve my writing so constructive criticism is always appreciated. I have yet to post anything, mostly because I'm scared to. But my best friend has been bugging me to wirte a story with her in it and a few nights ago she helped me lay out the plot so that one may be up soon.

Stereotypes

To be honest, I do sometimes put people into stereotypes. I get nervous when I'm the only white girl in the room and I avoid most cheerleaders (with the exception of my friend, Melanie) just on principal. But it's wrong. There are many ways that I could be stereotyped and it pisses me off when people make those assumptions. I've noticed that when you take the time to get to know someone, you discover that they aren't so different from you (hence my cheerleader friend). Please do your part to stop stereotypes. Give people a chance; they might suprise you.
