Hello Fiction Pressers,

Thanks for stopping by.

There's no personal information to be found here. If you want to know something about me, ask. Or better yet, read my work because it reveals a lot about who I am - and who I wish I was!

My current writing project is called "Manhattan Masquerade." I've placed it in the category of Historical Fiction, and I'm quite proud of the research that went into the creation of this tale, although it could just as accurately be classified as Action, Mystery, and yes, Romance.

"Manhattan Masquerade" is set during the first fifteen days of 1933, when the Great Depression was at its worst. It describes the struggles of a small group of men and women to protect the unsuspecting millions of New York City from a gang of murderous criminals - and the corrupt public officials who serve them. This work is intended as a homage to the hero pulp magazines of the 1930s (count the in-jokes if you're a fan of the pulps) although my love of the movies of that decade also played a big role in the crafting of this adventure. In fact I have created a Visual Reference Guide for this story, and by visiting there you will see that many of the characters in my story happen to resemble movie stars from the Thirties. (Thanks to the amazingly talented Zandra Jane for originating this concept.)
