Author has written 5 stories for Horror, Thriller, Essay, and General. Hey, the project regarding the history of metal is on hiatus until I can reconnect with my collaborators. Right now my focus is one Before & After, my take on post-apocalyptic horror which I'm working on via NaNoWriMo. I'll upload sections of it every now and then so if you like it, spread the word and get other people to read it and I will install bits of it faster. Hey, I'm a twenty year old college student studying english and political science. I read literally all the time; anything and everything. I'm a big fan of Stephen King, Clive Barker, Hunter Thompson, Ray Bradbury, John Grisham, and many others. I take all the time I can to write, which around classes and work is not much at all. I fully believe in Stephen King's mantra from On Writing that "if you want to become a good writer, you have to do two things: read a lot and write a lot." I think that essentially any writing is in a sense, discovery, both for the reader and the writer. In writing, i find that i discover aspects about myself that i had no idea existed previously, and reading forces me to question qualities about myself, comparing myself to characters and events within the story. I'm not much of a fanfiction person, but i do like to write original stories and am greatly seeking commentary on them. I'm pretty good at taking criticism when it comes to my work, so be as harsh or nice as you want with reviews. I would welcome a review from everyone who reads one of my stories. | |||||||
