I am a young writer so please do not judge my writing too harsh. I plan on becoming an author, to be the youngest author! That role though is currently taken by Nancy Yee, a 14 year old who wrote a story at age 13. I still have a chance though since I only have to be younger than 13 which I am and write a book. I can't seem to think of any ideas though for a long story, only short bits come to my mind so I'll be mostly writing oneshots and very short poems. Writing is a passion of mine and I couldn't live without it.
I am new to FictionPress, joined not long ago. I only have only a few stories which had randomly came to me so I wrote it down. I appreciate reviews very much, and suggestions are very helpful.
I like to read love poems by others on FictionPress. Ones that are depressing though are my favorites. I don't know why but I like the effect a sad story gives me. If you want me to read your story, PM me and I will unless it's SUPER long.
I like short stories with one or two chapters. Romance is my favorite type, but I'll also read stuff about religion and all.
I am shy and sensitive. Sad stories make me cry usually, but I love them anyways.

I used to think life was full of pure happiness, but I soon discovered the many secrets of our world. Cruelty has always been here, but the smiles hid it in a shadow. Now no smiles or laughter is seen or heard, now I can finally see the world for what it really is. Pollution, wars, death, and everything else is now over shadowing the joy I used to have. The sun doesn't have much warmth, I wished I was still young enough to believe in eternal happiness. But as you get older, you have to face reality, not the silly dreams you grew up to know. Life is harsh, but at least there's always a small glimmer of happiness once in a while. Maybe one day the smiles and laughter will come out from the dark, and stay in the sunlight once again.
