Current Work
Consequences of the Mysterious Pieces of Garbage: I wrote the entire thing in eighth grade. I LOVE cats. Right now, I'm tweaking the story and posting. I'm proud to say it's the first entire story I ever completed in my short life. NOW COMPLETE (on Fictionpress). Please review (--cue winning smile--)!
Crushed: This story came out of a whim of mine...that is when I sorta...kinda...had a crush myself and had to write something about it. It started out semi-real, didn't stay that way. I am pleased to announce that it's done (but not yet on Fictionpress).Sorry for not updating as often as I should...
Golden and Groundwater: It's about time I wrote a fantasy. It takes place in the empire of Troy--not the one Homer wrote about, mind you--in a world parallel to ours (overused phrase, I know). My main character may be Talia Golden or Mr. Groundwater (you'll learn his first name in chapter two). I haven't decided between them. I do wonder if it's possible to have two protagonists. I'd ruin everything by summarizing, so I'll just say that poor Talia has been bitten by a spider and the resulting infection...
A Moment of Anger: This was also spontaneous. A one-shot. Read it if you want. I was feeling rather angsty when I wrote it and poetic too.
Destined to Destroy (formerly titled Mira, Mira): I'm sure you've read the summary, but to recap: Mira, a rather misanthropic kind of girl, has to make the ultimate choice: to let humans be eradicated or to let them live on to pollute the world. Though she is a misanthrope, Mira doesn't think along the lines of "people-are-evil" and "they-must-be-burned." She's just lost all hope in human beings. Kinda depressing...Though, the demon brightens things up a bit!
Sequel to Consequences of the Mysterious...--I've written a prequel, which could also function as a sequel. It's a kind of chilling and mysterious. Most of it is Tom telling a story (from the past of course, thus it's a prequel), but you also find out what happened years after the incident with glowing garbage (thus, it's also a sequel)
Future Work
Here is a list of random ideas that have come to mind (for future writing o' course). Some are complete. Others are nonexistent...Some have titles. Others do not...
1. Untitled Sequel to Destined to Destroy--Mira's all grown up and circumstances force her to Transport to Hell (no, she doesn't die). Accompanying her is Tiffany, a girl with problems of her own and who finds a mother in Mira. --Chances of being posted: Not any time soon. It's not even complete. No title. Yikes, I have work to do...
2. Fleance--the title says all. It traces Fleance, son of Banquo (from Shakespeare's Macbeth), from his quest for revenge to his rule as the King of Scotland. It features a beautiful princess, Glenna, King Malcolm, his brother Donalbain, Macduff, a maid named Bridget, three familiar witches, various other characters and a very confused Henry Hazard, servant and friend to Fleance, the Earl of Cawdor. It also features slash and funny, old English (that I'm sure I've used improperly).--Chances of being posted: It's 400 pages long (double-spaced) and still not done. Chapters are immensely looong. Not likely. Besides, it belongs on Fanfiction.net (I realize after several days)!
3. Broken Up--I found a title...maybe. This sequel (amazingly) has the beginnings of a plot! Anne, Ray, Doreen, Emma, Carl, Nina, Ginger, Oren, June, Jordan, Eugene, Maria, George, etc…are all back. Newcomers Reggie and Natalie, however, might put a damper on things as well as the fact that six (orginally it was five) guys are after Anne's affection! Includes jealousy and teenage angst all taking place in Anne's junior year. --Chances of being posted: Mad as I am, I've started typing it. For now, chances of posting are very low.
4. Untitled (but not a sequel)--Blond Jake (insert last name) is an old hand on Datingmadeeasy.com (is that a real site? I wouldn't know). He usually finds women that are as flaxen as he is; however, all of the women he meets eventually break it off with him (much to his embarrassment). This time, he expects the perfect, buxom blonde, but instead, he gets Minnie, an exotic woman with dark locks and dark eyes. Honestly, I don't know why I bother to come up with these things--Chances of being posted: If I make it short and sweet...maybe.
5. (Not)Time to Panic--Watching an interview with Senator McCain on TV, my sister asked me what would happened if the president and vice president both died (a morbid kind of thought). Then a story plot hit me. The year is 2310. The vice president and president of the United States have both just been assassinated (is that a treasonous thought?). Sensible (insert a protagonist's name) watches the country fall into anarchy as a corrupted Congress takes over, but of course, he/she tries to find a way to fix everything--Chances of being posted: If I can develop a proper plot, I might post it.
Random Fact about me: My favorite piece of punctuation is (can you guess?) the ellipses...
