I have noticed...death frightens most. To me, it is fascinating. I go by Yami Shadow, or Nightmare. One of those three, or if you want, Yurei. Nightmare denotes my interest in dreams and the darkness that lies within all. Yami is my name, and it means 'darkness' in Japanese. Ever fittng. Yurei is the Japanese word for ghost. As you can probably tell, I enjoy Japanese culture quite a bit. Don't ask why, I just do. Got interested in it a few years ago. Anyways, about me...

I'm a horror/romance novelist. Published, or at least almost so. Often times I write things that end in or deal with death. And just to give you all a warning in advance, much of what I write is deemed mature. I write a lot of yaoi and yuri -I'm a lesbian, so homosexuality is a subject that perks my interest as you understand. My style is often a bit long and very fragmented, it's just the way I write. I enjoy writing, it's one of the few things that hasn't been obliterated by my depression. As a matter of fact, my mental issues actually seem to help my writing. Fucking odd. Oh well. My habits are often deemed solitary, seeing as I prefer to be alone rather then in huge crowds. As a rule I keep myself away from a lot of people. Being abused will do that to you, I suppose.

Though I don't do requests -that's straight out bullshit, I will do them for good friends- I do allow others to use my characters, to long as they give me credit and ask for permission. So, if a character from one of my stories intrigues you and you want to use them, message me. I'll allow it, so long as it's a viable reason. For my readers/reviewers, I do give out advice. Just ask and I'll answer it as best I can. Shit, it's been that way since I was younger. Reclusive habits have advantages. Makes it easier to write.
