Well, hello there!
I go by the name of NotMyShoes, which is quite enough information as far as my moniker is concerned.
I'm something of a mad reviewer on any writing site, and if something about your story irks me, I'll tell it to you straight. I won't be mean, of course, and I swear I don't bite, I only want to help.
As an extremely active 15-year-old girl, I often find with dismay that as soon as I sit down to work on my novel, I have to go play soccer or basketball, or (god forbid) go for a run. I hate running. With a passion. So why, you may ask, do I play sports? Good question.
Fantasy is my niche, as far as writing goes, but when I get bored I'll compose a quick poem.
Anyway, I have a general policy for reviewing that if you review me, I'll review you when I get the chance. I definitely appreciate constructive criticism, because I am a firm believer that it makes you a better writer, but I will not appreciate flames with no reason given. I HATE IT! THIS SUCKS! BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH! Sorry to hear that, but you couldn't be less helpful if you tried. Needless to say, I will not be returning reviews of that nature.
So keep that in mind.
