| Heretic Shredder |
Author has written 2 stories for Historical, and Action. Hello all! It's the Heretic Shredder here (though that may not be a permanent pen name)! I guess the first thing I'll let you know about me is that I never know what to put in these profile boxes. So, I just kind of wind up babbling. I apologize for it ahead of time. Now then, I was born a wee little lassie on a hot summer day in--wait, hell no, you don't need my life story. Okay, okay. I'm American, but my blood is a mixture of Italian (WOOT), Irish, German, and a slight hint of French (if I weren't proud of it for one reason or another, it would be negligible). I'm eighteen years old, I act like I'm five and I think like I'm forty. Here we go with all the favorites: Movies would be Lord of the Rings, Resident Evil, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Messenger, Wayne's World, and Across the Universe; Music would be The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, The Offspring, Sum 41, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, The Runaways, Rancid, and tons more from almost all genres of rock; TV shows would be South Park, Prison Break, and Family Guy; Books are The Lord of the Rings series by J.R.R. Tolkien, Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, Macbeth and Hamlet by Shakespeare (though they're actually plays), and Personal Recollections of Joan of Arc by Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain); Manga is Trigun, Naruto, and Claymore, and Beck. All that aside, as you could probably have deduced by my pen name (if of course, you didn't get the idea that I run blasphemers through a paper shredder) that I love music, particularly guitars. I've been slightly obsessed for several years. For those who are musicians as well and/or are curious I have an Epiphone PR-150 acoustic (my first guitar, so it's not brilliant), a bootleg Strat (a must-have for new guitarists), and for my main setup I have the awesome, yet affordable Schecter Gryphon and a Marshall 1x12 50 watt combo amp that I literally starved myself for six months for and bought with my lunch money. It is my goal to be an awesome shredder, fame or no fame. I also really love history, especially the Middle Ages. My heroine and favorite historical figure is St. Jeanne Darc, better known as Joan of Arc. Well, me as a writer: I enjoy writing a lot, but I never have to much time to devote to stories. However, I'm hoping to change that. I write a lot of action, music-themed stories, and historical fiction, and I really love writing a good superhero story here and there. I'm currently working on am unintentional combination of all of my writing preferences called The Latter Day Saints. We shall see how that goes. In the meantime, it's nice to meet you, and I'm sorry for taking up precious minutes of your life with this insanely lengthy bio. XD "Dear, sir or madam, will you read my book? It took me years to write, will you take a look?" - "Paperback Writer" by The Beatles | |||||||||
