I'm an anime/manga geek. If I get hooked on a series, I will finish it if it kills me. Yes, instead of studying for my English and French finals, I sat there watching 20 episodes of Bleach (which is starting to suck now. I despise Orihime).

I've been called cynical, but truly, I'm not. I don't even know where they get that from.

Okay, a big pet peeve is when people use apostrophes in the wrong places.
Apostrophes go after a Name when used to show possession:
e.g. "I love Danny's dog"

And in contractions:
e.g. "His dog won't pee."

It is NOT to be used in words where the 's' is present to show the PLURAL FORM :
e.g. "The chair's were painted black."

Boys and girls, the phrase 'best friends' are two separate words. 'Bestfriend'. Let's all say it together, 'bestfriend'. Agh, pisses me off. Just like bad spelling. And horrible word choice that make many a misguided writer sound like...well, a ponce. Ugh.

UPDATE: Both stories deleted. They sucked crap. I don't know if I'll be writing anything new, although I have several beginnings of stories, but no plot, really.

UPDATE (09/14/09): I've decided to post some of my scraps here, just to get some feedback and constructive crit. Really. C&C. Please. I'll get around to doing it sometime this week, but forgive me if I forget.
