what got me started writing? idk. i just see this kind of questions on so many profiles, that i decided to answer it myself...i started writing in 1st grade. i sucked. my real stories started in about 4th grade. even then, then werent that great. i got more into writing in 5th, w/ several stories that i like a little bit, even now. one of them, "Firsts", i luv. not the story. it sux and i only got to the second chapter. but i did like the whole conscept: african american jewish woman becomes president...even then i could NEVER finish a story...so sad...

two summers ago, i started reading the book "Vampire Kisses" and started to write a story called "Blood on Your Grave" that is when i became vampire obsessed...and also that is when i started really writing stories. that story, well, only has a prologue, first chapter, and epilogue. but its pretty interesting...since then, i have gotten many ideas for stories, two of which i have posted here and will continue to write for. I LUV TO WRITE!

Death's Soul: Things are really moving along. the plot is going by faster...now that i actually have a plot...Anyways, i really really really hope you luv the story. its just gonna get even better! also, yeah i just updated thrice in two days. i had one and a half of the chapters written already, so yeah. i swear i will finish this story even if it kills me! which it won't! and just saying, this will be written like this from now on: w/ little bursts of several chapters every once in a while. inspiration's a weird thing...

Lost in Life: officially postponed until i get inspiration. that could take a while...

Audrey: uh...prob never gonna finish. trust me, practically everyone forgot about it. so did our English teacher...i think i have more written, but i dont feel like posting. not my best work ever...

Books i've read in the past...2 months...: City of Bones RULES!! can't wait to read next book in series! but it doesn't rule as much as Marked which i need to read the rest of the series of. reread Speak when i ran out of books to read. i actually loved reading it! it didnt get me all...blech like when i read it two years ago...in school, we recently read The Chocolate War and i am reading Beyond the Chocolate War extraness. yeah. its a little...mature. talks about...well talks about jacking off all the time, so i suggest u dont read it unless ur like, over the age of...giggles...i've actually read a lot of...Twilight...fanfiction. only the good stuff. mostly Bella/Jasper stuff, so yeah. sorry about no other books to recommend...

Death's Soul: technically, i didnt finish the art meme. i got halfway through and decided to scan what i had and edit it and color it in MS Paint...out of the 8 or 9 drawings i did, i only liked 4. those are the questions i answered. check it out at http://miajoie.deviantart.com its pretty good. Thanos is hot, some of it is funny, and one thing i planned to put in is to answer this question: Do they argue at all? ...hmm...let me think...DUH!! i drew Safara running, but it wasnt that great. didnt make the final cut. sorry. also, i did write a new chapter. i hope you have liked it. as soon as i typed the line "I'm wearing a gown?" an idea just HIT me! so, now i know exactly what will happen. i have written another chapter and plan on putting it up the first day of the new year. started writing another chapter too. man, i was really inspired!

Books: last night i read till 4 am finishing rereading Battle of the Labyrinth from the Persy Jackson and the Olympians series. In the middle of reading Thornspell. pretty good. finally got the second Vampire Kisses: Blood Relatives manga. SOOO!! GOOD!! CLAUDE IS SOO FREAKIN' HOT!! okay, there was a lot more Claude in this one. Now i am officially in love with him! BOOYAH!! ...other than that, i don't remember any other books i have read...sorry. oh, i read The Exchange. now that is one creepy book. i liked it a lot.

Death's Soul: right now, i am working on a hilarious art meme for orignial characters romances i found on www.deviantart.com for this story. i am about half-way done w/ it. its really funny because, this is sorta a romance but not really in some ways. so, once i finish the meme, i will post it on my deviantart account (http://miajoie.deviantart.com ) and you can see it there. then i will get back to writing the story. just saying, there are a few spoilers for the story in the meme, but nothing too big. and now you can finally see what Thanos looks like, and Safara...and Roho, although he looks terrible. i learned that i draw my best at around 2 am.

Lost in Life: working on it. started another chapter the other day. just remember, i have 3 other stories i am working on besides this story, and i truly need inspiration to write for the story.

Reason to Live: an extremely sad short story i wrote. remember: all my short stories have horribly sad endings, but great meanings. this i started last night at like 9 pm. had a couple of long breaks...finished it at around 1:30 am w/o my parents' knowledge. i work my best late at night. started out w/ a whole other story, ended up w/ this. i love it. please tell me you do to!

books: finished reading Frozen Fire. it was really good. stayed up really late finishing it. its like a horror story you can't put down. i love it and recomend it to anyone wanting to think while reading. i also will be doing my book responce on it. there is a great theme for anyone who wants to use the book. read the book Ever by Gail Carson Lavine in 1 day flat. i loved it. i luv this author's stories. i have read Fairest several times, and am still in love with it. written by the same author. i definately recomend this book for anyone who wants a cute romance to get their mind off of real life. takes place in an older time w/ gods and wizards and what-not. i love it. Reading Fharenheit 451 for English class. freaky stuff, man, freaky stuff.

Death's Soul: i swear to G-d and the Greek gods that i will finish this story!! pretty interesting right now, yes. listen to the song "Dangerous to Know" by Hilary Duff on her album entitled Hilary Duff. it's dangerous to know Thanos, trust me. and there are secrets meant to be kept.

Faced with Doom: sorry, but all muse for this story is gone. listen to the song "Who's that Girl?" by Hilary Duff on her album entitled Hilary Duff. its from like 2004, but its really good and meaningful, the whole album. its how the main character feels when Conor starts dating the other girl...and several others that u didnt get to read about.

Lost in Life: sighs another chapter. wonderful. scary, now sad. was so tempted to make this chapter longer, but the muse that kept me writing that chapter left. well, the ending is freaky. hope you luv it and find it scary. yeah, not so scary anymore, but there will definately be a lot more horror later in the story.

Poetry: i posted a lot of poetry earlier this month. its older stuff, and newer stuff, and i hope you like it.

Books: i finished rereading eclipse finally! i reread the first VK manga. i wont get the second till the holidays...started reading a civil war novel. (prob cause jasper faught in the civil war! lol) i'll tell you guys the name is if like it. started reading Frozen Fire. its interesting. i like it. sorta horror. def fantasy. only read a few chapters tho.

Lost in Life: yes, thats right. another story. this one is not a romance tho! its a horror story. yes vampires, duh. what else? but this one is really different. for example: 2 boys as the main characters, and one person isnt already a vampire, etc. there is no romance except a slight thing that is quite normal: a girlfriend of one of the boys. i cant tell you anymore sorry. this will be posted in a little bit, but just the first chapter. i started writing this in social studies cuz i was sooo bored. it goes along with a picture you can find here: http://miajoie.deviantart.com in my gallery. its called Ax. thats the kid's name. the other boy's name is kyle. yeah, so not original and has NO MEANING AT ALL WITH THE STORY!! and Ax is short for Max and i just thought that was cool. i didnt even look up the names. anyways, expect chapter 2 up soon.

first of all, happy holloween month!!

now, onto business:

Death's Soul: lets see, 12 chapters up. now you know the secrets that i bet you already knew. but now they are confirmed. still many questions and few answers. something bad is going to happen, i can tell you that much.

Lamb: grr. my writing advisor is really really really REALLY!! irritating me right now. s/he hasnt read Death's Soul since, well, actually since i changed the title. thats how long!! and now s/he hasnt read the first chapter to this story! sadly, as i thought about where this was going, this story, i realized i didnt like it. so i will not be continuing with this story. i am sorry. all muse is gone.

Faced With Doom: Yes, what a wonderful name for a story. yes, my usual subject. of course. pure fantasy. this one, though, did not come as an idea for a story. nope. it came as fantasy i had. so now i thought if i added stuff, changed the names up, and what not, it could make a great story. and this could happen...and could explain what has happened in my life recently...i'll shut up now...i hope you like it. it is my new project. working on chapter one as i type this.

now, i stayed up till 3 am last night for NO reason except i wanted to REread Breaking Dawn, the fourth book in the twilight saga. i luv it. anyways, i read all of book one. yes, thats over 100 pages. only took 3 hours!! teehee. i finished "my swordhand is singing" and thought, hey, why not?

now for a new section: books i have read and recomend:

My faves first of course: twilight saga, vampire kisses series, chronicles of vladimir tod, blue bloods series, persy jackson and the olympians series, gone away lake.

now some new ones i have read: if you like horror, may i suggest anything by marcus sedgwick? read "book of dead days" and "my swordhand is singing" and liked 'em a lot. remember to not read them in the middle of the night and go to sleep in the middle of the books. the second one has to do w/ vampires. not the usual kind either tho. real myths and stuff. real horror too!! u'll luv em!

Death's Soul: new chapter up. will have new ones up every week or so. depending on hw, etc...and, finally, it got to the REAL story. if u know what i mean. i got wat i wanted to get out out. so now there is not as much mystery. okay, well, now there is even more mystery. but ur now not wondering, only EXTREMELY curious. i hope. THIS STORY WILL BE FINISHED! I SWEAR!!

Lamb: finished first chapter. writing advisor still needs to read it, but has been having some difficulty finding time to do so, what w/ hw...and fanfictions s/he is dedicated to...and not reading it...teehee. anyways, i will keep pestering him/her until s/he reads it. but s/he will get very p.o.ed if i bug him/her too much. why not saying wat gender? why would u wanna know?...teehee. so, that one is still on hold for some time...but i am almost out of muse. so i might write the next chapter really soon. before i never coninue w/ it ever.

stories:

An Onyx Flame: has officially been stopped. i will not type any more of it. sorry. i knew EXACTLY what i wanted to happen, and i was planning on making a second book too, once i finished it...so, i will give u the info on what was supposed to happen and maybe u can write it in your own writing style...

most of the poems sapphire wrote in the book were about a guy she made up named Flame. he was a vampire. when she sees kids all over school reading her poetry, she starts to see Flame behind them. then he dissappears. when she tells Madison, her friend thinks she's just cracking under pressure. but after that, Flame starts to wink or wave to her. finally she reads the book herself to see wat would happen. flame talks to her. he is really real and a vampire in another rhelm. his world is going to be destroyed by an evil vampire who was kicked out years ago. flame sent visions of himself to sapphire so she could help him escape into her world. she lets him out of the book and he dissappears. also, he luved her and she luved him...so then she starts to hear about dissappearences. she knows they are from Flame taking humans' blood. so then she finds out that Nix stood for Pheonix. he is the other vampire. the evil one. but she doesnt know that part. when she finds out he is a vampire, she cant help but fall in luv w/ him. she now luvs two vampires and she doesnt want to. she gets so confused that (and this is towards the end...) the next scene you read, is her about to commit suicide. she has a knife up to her neck. flame scenses danger for her, and he returns to her. only to find sapphire lying in a pool of her own blood. he thinks she is dead, until a closer look shows bite marks. he then sees pheonix come out of the shadows. (yeah this part at the end is a lot more detailed...) so then you find out that pheonix is evil, he turned sapphire, cause, well, he luved her...flame is enraged!! so sapphire wakes up and is angry at flame cause she thinks he turned her and she didnt want that, not yet. so she turns to pheonix for luv. and then flame dissappears. but sapphire feels danger for her friend, so she goes to madi's house to find her lying in flame's arms covered in blood. sapphire is sooo enraged that she shoots fire out of her hands. the last line in the book is "and flame engolfed Flame." now, if you want to work w/ that and not have the next book written for you, then dont read wat is to come in this italisized words: the next book, flame wakes up. he is imune to fire, hense his name! he washes the animal blood off of an unconcious madi. yep. he never took her blood. he thought that he could shock sapphire out of her evilness that he knew she had in her. cause it was evil blood that flowed through nix, and evil blood that he gave her...thats it. you likey?

Lamb. its a gothic take on "mary had a little lamb". but its actually a story...not a nursery rhyme...its good. i got the idea a while ago. i wrote the idea down on the computer and thought i would come back to it eventually. i just remembered it again. and now i am starting to write it. yes, it falls in the same catagory as all my other stories. vampires. romance. its the kind of book i like reading and writting!! trust me, the chapters are SO MUCH LONGER than an onyx flame. and even longer than Death's Soul/the Vampire's Death. i just started writting it. and it must be approved by my writting advisor. i am still in the middle of the first chapter. youll luv it if you luv my other stories. but this, once again, has a different take on vampires. i alway write w/ different views on them. dont ask why.
