So, my name is Claudia, Samm or Claude is my nickname hence my screen name. I love writing, and reading mostly anything except for fan fictions of books (ex. Twilight, Harry Potter, Eragon and so on and so forth). It just messes with my perception of the story. I've been addicted to reading and writing since my 7th grade year. I am a Junior ((CLASS OF '11!!)) now and I've been posting here for a little while. Mostly failed attempts.

My Stories:
So for the first story I just started, The Darkness, it's kinda hard to explain it, if you read it you'll understand. It honestly, strange enough, came to me when I was in the shower. So with that little piece of info, it should make it kind of interesting to read. Not like I have weird fantasies in the shower or anything. So to fill a little of the space here I think I'm going to talk about myself, just a little anyways.

I've been meaning to update this for a minute. I'm pulling a Smeyer but The Darkness is on hold indefinitely. A bad chain of events mixed with the fact that FP had a tendency to be slightly gay, and being grounded resulting in all of my plots, rough drafts, character relations and all that jazz-- gone.

Next We Have: Mistake... It suffered the same fate as The Darkness everything--gone...

The Darkness isn't my first attempt at writing a story. It's just the first thing I had the courage to put up. Usually only one person gets to read what I write so I had to get over that and open my stuff up for criticism.

There is one problem with The Darkness. As Mayuka pointed out on my review board, it shouldn't have taken 4 chapters for Max and Leila to have a 15 minute conversation. Only it was more like 4 hours, but it was bad because I didn't really get to develop any of the characters. And in 4 chapters you really can't do too much developing but I feel that when you get to Chapter 5 it's like I'm talking about a brand new person. And there are things that have yet to be explained. So please those who are following my story don't lose faith in me just yet. I have some serious revising to do. I think mainly I got ahead of myself so if you have any questions about something you don't understand, I don't blame you, but you can ask. And if the answer doesn't give anything away, you'll get an answer. Oh an by some miracle, I'm no longer grounded. So I'll do as much work as I can on Chapter 6 now and try to have it up. School got cancelled today which means that I have a few more hours to sit here before I cram for Biology state tests.

Today I decided to put The Darkness on hold. Only because I need to revise the first chapters and add a new one in front of them all, I think. I'm still trying to decide. But that doesn't mean it's going to take forever, no. I just merely got ahead of myself. I know partly how it will end and that there will be a sequel and after only 5 chapters, I think that I just need too slow down, think and write calmly. Because I'm the writer as I read over things, I find myself using my own knowledge instead of what I wrote in the first place. Major problem. And this is a pretty twisted plot so keeping things in order and out in the open is best. The first chapters are poorly written, though they make for an interesting story, they aren't up to my standards or that of some of my readers. Its been eating at me all day long, state tests have never been worst! But yes, The Darkness will be on hold for at the most two weeks. But time passes far more quickly than you know so worry not. Not that many care, but I thought I'd just spend a few minutes here.

So yesterday I put a new story that I just started. Please, please, please, check out Mistake. I'm not quiting The Darkness but I'm trying to figure somethings out and I'm waiting for a chance to discuss it with my unofficial beta.

For those who have been waiting on news on The Darkness, I'm afraid I don't have much to say except that I'm working it and I will try to have the next chapter up shortly and that THE FIRST CHAPTERS ARE ALL REVISED. Though I haven't put them up yet, they should be before the day is out. And for anyone who read Mistake, there's a gap in the plot that I need to fill in so that's on hold until I get The Darkness out of the way. (But I might cheat on that, it's been nagging me this whole week.)

OMG!! Has anyone else noticed the gap between the last updates?! Loooong story short, my internet is off. For how long? who knows? I don't. I'm sorry that I promised to have a chapter up like two months ago and well some people (the ones who haven't given up on me) are still waiting. I thank you for having some faith in me. And I would put up a chapter right now, but this isn't my computer and I don't have it saved here. I'm sorry again but I will update as soon as I can.

So again hello anyone who actually checks this. I don't know why I write here, no one reads it. My stories are not dead but my internet is. I can do my best to have a chapter up tomorrow. Like I said this isn't my computer and I don't have anything saved here (yes its the same computer from the last update) but i can bring a flash drive or at least try to. And I started a new story while I got bored so look for updates tomorrow, but I'm not making any promises.

It seems that I have more updates than actual story entries. I don't why I keep forgetting to bring them here so I can, well, put them up here. Lets try for next week, eh? I said try not making any promises and not with a huge-well problem at my side. For anyone who still checks this anyways. Oh and big surprise while I got bored and since I didn't have The Darkness on my desktop, I started a new story. I'll try to have that up sometime, well whenever I get the chance to put something up. Gotta remember to bring that dang flash drive thingy.

Today is my Daddy's B-Day!! I put up a new story and I put the other's on hold. I want to write them but I'd have to re-write the plot or something because I don't remember what my original plans were. Trust Me is something I've been working on for a while. And when I put it out I made the biggest mistake ever! There's a prolouge and I didn't put it up. Genious me... It'll be up soon as I finish my spanish tarea.
