I'm 26 years old, I work in internet tech support, and I'm just now trying my hand at writing. I've been reading sci-fi and fantasy since I was eight and have spent most of the time my mind isn't otherwise occupied daydreaming and coming up with fictional settings, characters, and stories about them for as long as I can remember. I just recently decided to finally try to write one down, and the result is my story "To the Core," still in progress. As I'm just starting out in my attempt to become a decent writer, I would greatly appreciate any honest reviews, opinions, and suggestions from anyone willing to take the time to read what I've written. I'm more than willing to reciprocate in kind, as long as you know that I am completely honest in my opinions and expect others to be as well.

I've recently started writing a fantasy story, currently titled "The Entropomancer" though the name may change, as a side project to try a slightly different style of writing. "To the Core" is still my main focus but I'll be updating the other one whenever I either get some good ideas for it or run into a bit of writer's block with the other. Sometimes changing gears is good for keeping the creative juices flowing.

I also have begun a story entitled "Echo One," again subject to change. I'm still working out the plot of that one.

Also, I've recently been thinking about making my primary syory, To the Core, into a webcomic. My current plan is to start such a strip from the beginning of what is chapter 11 of To the Core here, possibly with a few flashback sequences to provide important details (then again, a good cast page might cover that). But I would need an artist to do that, since I can't draw worth crap, so I'm looking for artists that want to draw for a somewhat corny/dramatic space opera webcomic, preferably in the style of an American graphic novel.
