Hej, Hola, Salvete, and whatever else there is - everyone! Some of you may know me as Arbella Scott (now HaveAHeart0301) on fanfiction.net. I finally got an account on here.

Announcements!!

10/28/09: My friend, mysteriousperson, now has an account on here! She's a great author (...better than me...), so check out her stories if you get time!

3/12/09: Since I write a story about insane teachers, I thought it would only be fitting to prove my point. Here's a video of my Science teachers singing that a kid in our class posted on Youtube. It's so hilarious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=No_KhYda23w

1/31/09: I hate to inform everyone, but I felt that anyone that has read my story should know... We got a call and Cheerio died this morning. We're all heartbroken and will miss him greatly.

I realized that I really don't have much of a profile since I deleted basically everything, so now for some super random facts about myself.

1. I love legwarmers

2. I’m obsessed with The Scarlet Pimpernel.

3. I’m terrified of spiders, but I think tarantulas are really cute.

4. I think the cutest breed of dog is the boxer (followed closely by the Siberian Husky and Pit Bull).

5. My heroes are Tamira Ci Thayne and Rachel Karess.

6. I’m a vegetarian, mainly because I do not like the taste of meat (so this means that I am not a crazy person that wants to force you to become a vegetarian). I do love animals though.

7. I consider dog chaining to be the ultimate cruelty.

8. My dream fields of works would be in animal welfare, acting, writing, and police work.

9. I love country music and a lot of 70s/80s artists. Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Journey, Def Leppard, Genesis/Phil Collins, Bon Jovi, Survivor, and Fleetwood Mac are some of my favorites.

10. I had a poem published in a magazine when I was 9. I now hate poetry...

11. I consider vampires/vampire stories to be really lame. I prefer witches.

12. You can blame my over-use of dialogue on the fact that I dabbled in playwriting for two years.

13. I know a little bit of various languages. The most I know of any besides English is in Latin. I also know a few common phrases in Swedish, Spanish, and Italian. I’ve taken some French before, but it was in third grade and I don’t remember a word of it.

14. I’m a klutz. I trip on a daily basis...multiple times a day, in fact.

15. The only shows on television I watch are Dancing With the Stars, Dog the Bounty Hunter, and General Hospital. I only watch DWtS because of Jonathan Roberts. I watch GH because Kelly Monaco is amazing. I was working on a fanfiction project involving bounty hunters, so I watched a couple episodes of Dog, and it turns out that I like the show.

16. My favorite movies are The Scarlet Pimpernel (I’ve only seen the ’82 version) and My Sister’s Keeper. Oh, and The Scent of Danger (it was an Animal Planet movie about search and rescue dogs...probably no one’s heard of it).

17. My favorite song is “Whiskey Lullaby” by Brad Paisley and Allison Krauss.

18. I love the works of William Shakespeare.

19. My favorite colors are orange and green. I don’t like pink much.

20. I hate painting my nails...the polish always chips off within a day. It just seems like a waste of time.

21. I don’t tend to abbreviate things. If I do, it takes me five minutes to figure out what the abbreviation was supposed to mean.

22. The best teacher I’ve ever had was Mrs. Frazier, my LAC I (English) teacher (she makes an appearance in chapter one of The Insanity of Teachers). She was really tough when grading my work, but she made me realize that I could do better than what I was.

23. Quite a few people call me Arbella or Arby, simply because that was my pen name of fanfiction for a while, and also the name of my character in the plays I used to write.

24. Most people think I’m insane. I am.

25. I wear high-heels a lot, otherwise I fall on my face even more (why I walk better in heels, I’ll never know).

26. I have at least twenty different notebooks that I use for writing fiction...so, when I go to look for my story notes, I have to search all over for them.

27. My favorite subject is math, excluding Geometry. My best subject, though, (at least this year) is science, which I don’t really like.

28. My favorite books are The Scarlet Pimpernel (Baroness Orczy), The Gift That Heals (Reg Green), From Baghdad, With Love (Jay Kopelman), and The Dogs Who Found Me (Ken Foster).

29. My favorite authors/playwrights are William Shakespeare, Baroness Orczy, and Phyllis Reynolds Naylor.

30. My favorite genres are Westerns, Nonfiction, and Drama.

31. I love when stories have sad endings, including character death.

32. When writing, I like to end stories in a way that doesn’t completely resolve the conflict, leaving readers guessing. That may be why people don’t even bother to read my works most of the time...

33. I don’t like jewelry...it’s very irritating.

34. I also tend to write things that make people cry. I’m normal, don’t worry. I just feel that it’s necessary to balance out your mood in order to not be too happy/sad, so I write depressing things sometimes.

35. I love the cold and tend to avoid the sun...I get sun burnt easily.

36. My mom plays video/computer games more than I do. The only games I really play are Fire Emblem and Aveyond. Occasionally I’ll play Zelda, but only if I’m really bored.
