Hello hello, I'm mintbanana (or mint if you prefer). Age 17 and hailing from bonnie Scotland.

Currently, I'm embarking on an English and Journalism degree course at Stirling University. I love writing. Lots. Sadly, I don't have a great amount of time for it at the moment, and my muse has a horrible tendency to go AWOL. Still, I write what and when I can.

I'm a migrant from Fanfiction.net (same penname there too) but I want to start branching out and writing my own characters. Not entirely confident in myself yet; but I'm working on it. I'll probably start off with a few of my Advanced Higher English pieces and move on from there. I'll see how it goes.

Anyways, romance is my main vice, especially the dark variety. I dabble in angst every now and then, but who wants to be depressed all the time?

At the moment, I'll be working on 'Fate: The Arios Prophecy' as much as possible, but I may, muse permitting, come up with some other pieces that flesh out my abilities a little more. Reviews and feedback are always appreciated; I do love a good bit of constructive criticism.

I'm also a member of the Genesis Awards forum. We're a cosy little place that primarily exists to judge good FFVII fanfiction, but we're also a great place for interesting discussion and we have a lot of great writers who aren't just limited to fanfiction.
