Author has written 32 stories for Romance, Young Adult, Love, and Friendship. so, this year I have learnt a lot about myself. I think. who knows, really. I'm only nineteen, so I think I'm still in the process of "finding" myself. if I was even that lost to begin with! all I know right now is that I am in love with my boyfriend who is going to be in a different country to me at all times for the next eleven months. and I know that that sucks. yep, simple as that! I also know that my degree is slowly sucking the life out of my love of reading. but that happens, apparently. I know I don't have a clue about writing and have never ever had a single class, which I'm sure is obvious, and I therefore have no idea what I'm doing. I know I'd like to be in a band, if I could sing/play an instrument/even just look pretty. but that isn't likely. I know I can be superficial. in that I do love starbucks even if I hate their politics; I love online shopping; I've spent most of my life searching for a hat that suits me and spend 60 percent of my life thinking about my boyfriend. but I also know that the other 40 percent of the time I think about stuff that's a bit more important. life, the universe and everything stuff. I keep a diary that I'm planning on giving to infamous boyfriend when he returns from his travels and I'm finding it surprisingly useful in helping me sort out my thoughts and ideas. my favourite stories are varied, but include the typical I suppose. Pride & Prejudice; Mansfield Park; Old Magic; Wicked Lovely; Fantomina; Guitar Girl; Rogue States and some other bits and pieces that I can't ever remember for these things. I have no idea what I'm doing with my life. absolutely none. and a year ago that really scared me, because everyone around me seemed so sure. but now, I'm really okay with just going with it. I have the best people in my life, so whatever else happens is just bonus now really. and you're thinking: "how the heck is this relevant to anything in anyone's life ever?" well, if you're going to read anything I've written, this is fairly important because that was my life and that's what influences me. well, that and whatever my favourite musician is at the moment. right now: kevin devine. thanks for dropping by! | |||||
