I am also on fanfiction.net as KataangNutyBabe (don't ask about the poor judgment of my sixth-grade self for the name, please), so more info and more work is over there.

Name: It actually does start with an A, and is on my other profile. Here, I would prefer Alysia (a Greek name meaning "of captivating power"), but call me whatever you want (within reason).

Age: 14, born on Sept. 21st.

Gender: Girl, physically and emotionally. And no, that doesn't imply something weird.

Sexual orientation: I would rather you didn't guess on this one. I'm straight, though certain people seem to wish I was bi . . .

Location: As if I'd give that out! I'm somewhere cold in the US of A.

School: I go to the International Academy.

Other things: I love a lot of stuff: writing, reading, chocolate, singing, playing the piano, school (yes, you read right), biking, composing, dancing, kids, cooking, and not shopping. I have a little sister and a dad. My mother died 12/25/05.

Favorite TV shows: iCarly, The Simpsons, Inuyasha, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Twilight Zone, The Carol Burnett Show, Saturday Night Live, This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Seinfeld, and others.

Favorite books/series: Twilight, Harry Potter, The Princess Diaries (and almost all of Meg Cabot's other books), the Chronicles of Narnia, The Twentieth Wife and its sequel The Feast of Roses, and others.

In regard to religion: I am a member of a branch church of the Mother Church in Boston, MA of Christian Science and am planning to take class instruction. I may not understand certain religious references because I was raised in this religion, so if that offends you, I'm sorry ahead of time. My religion is very important to me, so I do not want any mocking on the part of others I encounter here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me through a PM or an email, but please keep your reviews for reviewing my work. If you must comment on my religion, please do not do so in ignorance: read some of Science & Health before telling me what my religion "really is".

In regard to gay/lesbian standpoints: I am a Christian Scientist, which could mean any number of things to you. It does not mean that I hate people who are gay or lesbian. I want to accept people as they are and see the good in them. I refuse to use derrogatory comments about gay or lesbian people and hope that others do not use them to insult me. Despite the fact that a lesbian friend of mine has asked me out, I remain a straight woman, but I also remain friends with the girl and respect her feelings, though I cannot return them in the ways she would like me to.
