Pfft. Writing? What writing?

I hardly write anything lately. I am, however, attempting an experiment and putting up my NaNoWriMo, which is, quite frankly, an embarrassing piece of work. You can read the Author's Note in "All's Fair in Love and Business Deals" to see where I'm coming from with that.

Here is a longer summary for the work:

All's Fair in Love and Business Deals

After the loss of her mother, Lia- the daughter of a big business mogul- closed off her heart and mind and let others control her life until she finally comes to her senses. On her wedding day. Connor Reagan is the dark and dangerous man her father has promised her to as part of a business deal, and he won't take no for an answer when she refuses to be his bride. He is prepared to use any means necessary to change her mind, including forcing her to the would-be honeymoon to spend a few weeks alone with him. Unfortunately, the two quickly come to realize that they come to blows more readily than not, and that misconceptions created by her step-family form the basis of their relationship. Will either of them see past the lies surrounding their would-be union, or will his cruel words and her stubbornness cause their farce of an engagement to end in disaster?

I haven't forgotten about my rewrite of BYKYLI, by the way. I just couldn't get it the way I wanted yet. Hopefully it will eventually come into being. Who knows? Maybe I'll get it out if I get stuck in my word count with the other story.
