Author has written 1 story for General. Hello, I'm a possibly crazy person with a pension for shoes and vampires. I know that's tacky, but what can I say. I'm known to go on psychotic, spiteful rants and for doing heinous things to my characters that piss everybody off, but once again what do you want from me. I hope you enjoy it all. I'm only working on one story right now, well technically I'm rebuinlding it. I've lost most of it, so be patient with me I'm recovering slowly but surely. Anyway Interwoven is pretty sool and occasionally I do spinoff work for it so be excited with the great possibility of learning more about your favorite -they're the best ones anyway- fringe characters. The story is told from several points of view, but it centers on one central character, Liliane Williams over a span of ninety years. I'll post a cast of character here, because well, my characters are just more awesome than yours. Interwoven Cast of Characters Main Liliane Williams: The central character she is passionate, intelligent, and rather quick tempered. She has great ambitions unlike girls of her time. Her ideas terrify her mother and fuel her desire for the exotic and knowledge. Liliane feels emotion deeply, to an almost manic-depressive extent. Tristan (Sonier) Hayes: Liliane's on and off lover and friend. He too, is passionate, possessing a tendency to anger and reproach. He is highly intelligent, and love to flex his wit, and toy with people minds. He tempers this with an extreme compassion, especially to children. Caroline Fijerdo: Liliane's other lover. She works as a maid and it fosters a deep need for power and control in her. She also has a misplaced obsession with Liliane, which leads her to cruel actions despite pure intention. Supporting Julien (Sonier) Hayes: He is Tristan's older brother. He loves nothing more than a party and seeing his loved ones smiling. Julien is gay and extremely effeminate despite an outwardly rugged appearance. Marie (Villette) Hayes: She is the la vie éternel who originally turned Julien and Tristan. She masquerades as Julien's wife when necessary, and has maternal tendency toward all her family and a deep sense of justice from her time as a serf. Miku Chimoto: He is a young Japanese immigrant in California in 1925. Julien meets him and turns the young boy. Miku is more dominant in their relationship, complimenting Julien's tender nature. Together they are active in gay rights throughout there years. Mairead O'Shea: she is a poor ballet dancer in the political and social upheaval of 1930's Ireland. Caroline turns her because of her likeness to Liliane. However she is more naïve and servile, which blinds her to her lover's malice and growing insanity. Erik Skarsgård: He is Marie's husband later in the book. Originally he is from Scandinavia. He takes an active role in the politics of the 1960's as a radical. Although, intelligent, he tends to act without rationalization. Fringe Talia Mahrit: She is Liliane's best friend while at NYU. She almost steps into Caroline's former role (as friend, not lover). Talia is very strong and has a fierce loyalty to the people and beliefs she cares about. She is an artist and takes out much of her grief in painting. Will Barett: He is another of Liliane's friends at NYU. He is patient, and rather quiet, but his actions carry a greater gravity as his form of expression. He is very nurturing to his friends, especially Talia (who he suspects says more than she means). Nicole Graeson: She is an activist in 1968, working alongside Marie and Erik. She is far more radical, favoring more offensive protest to the passivity of writing and marching. Patrick Macon: He is a bartender at the club where Liliane works. He is one of her solaces when she misses Tristan. He often speaks wisely without ever realizing it, and underestimates humanity and it's potential for good. Annie Carr: She is an actress in the theater that Tristan runs, but she is far more classical in her roles. She plays protégée to Liliane in her ambition to do well. She is ultimately good, but her innocence combined with her aspirations ultimately betrays her and her friends. Katy Meyer: She is an aid at Caroline's complex in Ireland. Liliane turns to her for the truth of Caroline's actions and mental state. It is Katy who helps her to survive and escape when her former lover's welcome turns sour. Thomas Plath: He serves as Tristan's assistant and confident while he is tending to Liliane. He is self-sacrificing bordering on masochistic and sees it as his lot in life to help people. He feels indebted to Tristan for taking him out of an abusive home. | |||||||
