Icon credited to wendleberry About Me I read. I write. I sing. I can't really dance. I like french fries. Some people really don't know what to address me as in PM's, and feel awkward calling me annoyance. You can call me Ann for short, if you like. Live Journal You can check out my Live Journal account, by using the 'Home page' link. Add me as a friend if you like, but please tell me who you are. If I recognize you, I'll add you back! I'm not exactly known for being regular with the updates though. Those of you who wanted to sign the petition but couldn't or those who have something more to say, you can sign the petition on LJ. The petition had been posted as an entry in my journal. New Website I'm working on an official website for the Ridiculously Happy OneShots contest. It'll take me a while, because I'm not very good with these things, but I hope to have it up and running in a month or so. Purpose of the petition Some people have PM'd me or reviewed saying that the petition will not help in reducing the plagiarism on FP. I am well aware of that. The purpose of the petition is not to stop plagiarism per say, but to garner support for those affected by plagiarism, and to give them a laugh at plagiarizers expense. After all there have been a lot of creative (read:savage) responses to the petition! For those of you who want to make a serious attempt to stop plagiarism, use the link below. It leads to a petition which advocates the stopping of the 'copy and paste' function on ficpress, so that blatant plagiarism can be reduced to some extent. http://www.petitiononline.com/stopfp/petition.html I urge all of you to go ahead and sign this petition, because it provides an actual solution to stop plagiarism.
