| That Heather Chick |
Author has written 2 stories for Romance. It seems since I'm a writer I wouldn't have so much trouble describing myself in a few words - then again, if I were a person of few words, I wouldn't be writing novels. I am a graduate student who spends too much time studying scholarly literature and writing "serious" fiction, thus I have a serious guilty pleasure for chick lit. Somewhere in the process of earning my degrees I have lost sight of how fun fiction can be, and I'm returning here in hopes that I can regain the sheer enjoyment of writing without deadlines or that serious editing process looming over me but still reap the benefits of sharing my work with others. I have been around Fiction Press for many many years, though I'm mostly known for my novel Here, Have a Husband. After four years, Here, Have a Husband is now a fully edited, complete novel. If you're interested in reading the polished version, finding out the new ending of the book, or just revisiting Rainy, Van, and Ashley, and can spare 7.99, I encourage you to purchase it on Amazon. What's It Feel Like to be a Ghost: A new project I've started with a surprisingly short first chapter that may be lengthened in the coming days. Hopefully this is no indication as to how the rest of this story will play out. For those of you who remember From A to Z from 2005 (that at some point, in a fit of self-loathing, I removed from the site), Zeke Fitch is making a return. I'm excited! | |||||||
