It really started when I had to write a poem in 7th grade called 'Desire vs. Duty'. I wrote mine about how I wanted to visit my biological father but how I barely knew the man so I would stay here with the people I love. I think I'm going to post it; I just love it so much. I really picked up on writing when I had my first heartbreak.
