Author has written 2 stories for Romance, and Spiritual.

I’m Zoe. I’m 15(F), and a junior in High School. I have a passion for three things: writing, music and God. My life is made up of these three things, and that plays through in my writing. In my spare time I’m always writing or reading on fictionpress. However, between a tough class-schedule, school, work, singing at church and the most amazing friends ever- that time is limited. I try to write a whole story before posting anything though, so that people don’t have to wait too long- that’s just rude.

I’m kinda predictable in my writing. I’m driven in everything by music; every story has a soundtrack. The other thing that every story has, is God. He’s always in every story, maybe directly or maybe I’ve just chosen a trait of him to place prevalently in a character. None of my stories will ever be Music based or Christ-revolving but they will always be there. My friends will always also influence characters.

Most of my stories are from something that I’ve been through. All of my one-shots are. For me writing is personal, and if the reader gets something else, that’s cool too. I have no expectations. All of my one-shots are me writing out a situation that I haven’t quite comprehended. Often times, I’ll change details, but just know that EVERYTHING I write is primarily true.

The only exception to this rule is in collaborations. Once you get another person involved, it’s not just your story. Normally I’ll flesh out their outlines, then let them alter it however they see fit. I really like doing this because its all the fun of writing minus all the work of coming up with a plot and character s and… all the monotonous stuff! I’ve only done this twice before. I’ actually working on a collaboration right now for someone’s first story, it’s an AWESOME plot, musically based, but called: Definitely, Maybe. So thanks to J for letting me in and thinking my writing good enough to ‘show you the ropes’!

I absolutely love writing! I love it even more when someone else can get something out of it too. However, I’m the most inconsistent writer ever! That’s why I‘ll post here what I’m working on, so that you can see what’s to come.

IN PROGRESS:

Definitely Maybe- Tara was just living a normal life. But what If I knew more about her life then she did? Would she listen to my advice? I’m too scared to talk to her. It’s the last week of school; I should tell her. But she’s already in good hands, right? Definitely! Maybe… ALMOST DONE!! I’d give it two weeks of typing then another week or so of proofing!!

The real team- I was happy, dysfunctional, but happy. I had almost everything, but what if what I was missing, was the most extrodinary thing in my world? My new family, my new team. A real team. Character and Outlined, we just need to start typing… this one will be a long-term project though. It’s going to go REALLY SLOW. Cause I’m not feeling it.. I’ve been working on this outline for over a year, and I’m fighting to find the right way to get what I want from it.

SELL OUT- I was perfect. Not in every case, but I made ‘Wise decisions’. Then I met him, then I met his friends, and I wouldn’t know a good choice if Jesus himself showed it to me. I like my new life a lot better though. Highs are my life- one high to the next. He is my biggest of all. I have my characters, and a rough outline for this… now it’s just a matter of refining and fleshing out. Typing this will be hard- it’s not my norm, but I’m thinking of doing a weekend narrative- like a dairy-style, maybe… sort-of, not quite. It’ll be good.

Princepessa- I had the world at my feet. I was the 'it' girl, and everyone knew me. Then we had to run from our home and everything we knew, now that we’ve moved to America my life isn’t the same- nothing is. How can I rebel against generations of tradition and fortune? Oh my gosh, I’m super exited for this story! This is one of my favorite ideas in a long time. I have my characters, now I just need my outline. This will be really good I hope- I might post it gradually though, just because I’m so in love with the plot…

Finding dad- ten years. It was ten years without dad… he squeezed my hand in reassurance of my deed, “Hey I was wondering if you know where Bobby Jay Miller was living at these days?” What I didn’t expect, was to be recognized. Short. This will probably only be about twenty pages, but it’ll be really cool. I’m super exited. Just a short, mildly depressing blurb.

South to the North- Life is what you make it, and I made mine about nearly drowning. I am Cameron Billange, Queen of the waves. This spring break I’m headed south to the north shore with my best friends and a video camera- MTV can’t hold me down! This is a story that I have started many times over, with slight variations. I’m working on altered character outlines… it’ll be good, just you wait and see. I have high-hopes for this story.
