Be careful, or you might end up in my novel...

Hi there! I'm Wherein Lies (for internet purposes at least) and I like to consider myself an author of sorts. Obviously I'm not an accomplished or famous novelist like, say, J.K. Rowling, but I'd like to be someday. :) Right now I've only got one plot going, but that could change with NaNoWriMo coming up... At the moment though, I'm pretty into Saving Rhynon which I have been working very hard to get done aroud homework and marching band (which happens to be a 5-days-a-week commitment) so it's been pretty tough, but positive reviews from my friends here on FictionPress are really helpful and motivating, since I basically live for reviews saying they want to read more!

I love to write, and my other author friends and I have long discussions about our plot ideas, bouncing names around, and just talking about how much we enjoy writing about our own little made-up worlds. Just the other day, my friend and I were talking about how if we ever get bored with a character, we could just write them some spectacular death scene, and then we'll be entertained again (mwahahahaha!). We joke about writers block being when our characters go on strike because of all the crap we throw at them and put them through. They come around eventually of course; I mean if you write your character's death they'll behave pretty well, otherwise you might actually put it in the story! gasp of shock

I have a pretty twisted sense of humor too, if you couldn't tell... I joke all the time about killing of my characters and burrying their written bodies in the huge hole in my back yard (which I also joke about stashing drugs in haha). My author friend is like that too, so I'm not too worried about myself... sometimes she's worse than I am!

This author friend that I keep referring to is LookinGlass on this site and she's a really talented writer, so go read her stuff :)

Sept. 23 - I am officially participating in NaNoWriMo! (If you don't know what this means and would like to know more, send me a pm) This means that I will have to drop writing Saving Rhynon for the month of November, but I will continue after Nov. 30 :) This might turn out to be a great thing, or just a waste of time... I've never done this before, so I'll just have to wait and see.

Oh, by the way...

If you steal my work, I will be incredibly pissed and probably sue you (mwahahahaha). I am very easily set off where plagiarism is concerned. DX

-- I DON'T hate Twilight with the passion some do, but it's not my favorite series. :/ The obsessive fans get on my nerves a lot. (On the other hand, the people that go around flaming Twilight can be really mean.)

-- I speak a little French (like, one year of it) and a lot of Sarcasm. And English of course.
