GENERAL

I’m Anna – some people call me MC (I’m sure you can guess why) or Magic. I’m seventeen, and I’ve got three big passions: writing (and, since we all know what a headache writer’s block can be, when I’m too frustrated for that, I read), acting and more than anything, history. My love of history contributes a lot to my writing in general, which it tolerable, I like to think – at least, compared to my acting!

My favorite authors include my dear, late Professor Tolkien and Libba Bray – I read too much to list the rest of them…and it would be a long list!

I might be the least-consistent writer in the history of...well, ever, and when I do write, I have a love-hate relationship with it (see my note on writer's block above). My favorite genre is, naturally, historical. Sometimes I'll drift into fantasy, too. And within those historical bounds, I write a lot of Arthurian and Tudor-era stuff; I also write some American Revolution and American Civil War stories, when I'm in the mood. I may take a loonnggg time to update on here. (I know I do on FanFiction!) And bear with my cliche plotlines...I'm not the best at thinking of good twists and turns, be they in fanfics or normal fiction!
