I'm just an avid reader looking for the next story to entertain myself.

Going through the recommended stories, I noticed that most of the good ones have been taken down because of plagiarism and many authors have now abandoned the site too. I think that's ridiculous. Writers write because it's a story tearing at them to get out, what value is the story to a plagiarist? Nothing. Plagiarizing someone else's online fiction story makes little sense to me because it's not like someone is grading you on it or paying you for it... It's sad that I didn't read to get some amazing material because someone is needy and pathetic.
