My name is Dominique, though I don't mind being called Dom since I'm often called that by certain friends coughcoughRinacoughcough. I'm currently in high school but I'm still not sure what I want to major in since I can't seem to make up my mind lately. But, I do love writing short little stories randomly just to past the time and I thought, "Wow, maybe I should start posting them on the Internet and see what other people think of my stories." So I might start that soon, but I'm lazy and school sort of kills everything so who knows when I'll post. I adore anime and adventure-like stories so you'll get the idea of what I will write (guilty of being a yaoi fangirl =D) and maybe mystery, but it does sound kind of hard to write since I'm trying to learn how to stick to the plot of a story. I also like to draw and make new friends since I'm new to the site and all, though the setup of Fictionpress is very,very similar to Fanfiction so I get around fairly easily. My favorite game in the whole world would probably be Harvest Moon XD. I practically have all the ds versions of the game but I never beat a single game yet...how sad, but at least it is addictively fun. I also love animals! I have two Poms, Ivery and Ebony, and they are the fluffiest and evilest little things I have ever had. They poop and pee way to much but I still love them anyway. Oh, I forgot to say how much I love Japan, and how badly I want to visit there as well. Most people stare at me funny when they see me pull out a manga and always ask me, "Why would you read a book that's backwards?" And I always saw, "Why not?" But what I really don't understand, is why people start saying that a place/culture is weird just because it is different from our customs. Some people just don't realize that others will always be different...Well, I don't want to bore anyone with a typed speech, so I'll just list the things I like and end it there:

Anime: Fruits Baskets, Naruto, Death Note, Kire Papa, Ouran High school host club, Pokemon, Junjou Romantica, Papa to kiss at night, Devilman Lady, Strawberry Panic, School Days, Azumanga Diaoh, Antique Bakery

Games: Harvest Moon, pokemon, maplestory, sims

Songs: Most of the songs on Touhou Project, Utada Hikaru's songs also are nice, and anything else that sounds decent

Cartoons: MARVALOUS MISADVENTURES OF FLAPJACK!(I know, I'm still a kid =D)

Hobbies: Writing, drawing, jogging, gymnastics, love'n my pups, read fanfiction/fiction
